- In this video I walk you through an inspection of a fixer-upper home. Hopefully this helps anyone looking to get into this type of investing. This shows you an example of a POV inspection of a home that has countless defects. This video will give you a feel of what you can expect during a walk-through of a rehab listed home.  I break down the expenses into 10 categories. I give the estimated cost of repair for each one and walk through the process with you.  Below in the description, I list the list if defects with their cost so you can see how to write out an expense sheet. I also provides a list of definitions you need to know in order to succeed.

Important Definitions:
