My biggest reason i do not own a Cbr 1000rr and am keeping my 650r is i cant even behave on my 650r and i know if i had a 1000 i would 100% end up in jail.
Great choice, as much power than you will ever need and the lack of rider aids will make you a better rider as you will have to rely on your own feeling, and skills rather than let the electonics sort it out for you.
I never thought I would miss traction control so much lol. The good thing is it forces me to be more focused on my riding, can't afford any mistakes, so yes you are correct indeed 😁.
I thought about getting the Z900 or larger bike but I’ll never use all that power. I don’t go to the track so I’ll never be going 150 160 miles an hour. I ended up buying a GSX 8R last week. It has all the power I need and I saved a few bucks.
Well played, heck i always say my cbr500r was the perfect bike. Only got the 650r because the 500r got stolen. You are right, power should not be the only reason to buy a bike. GSX 8R is a good choice, congrats, i will have to give one a test ride one day.
Great video. I have a Z1000. It’s got no tech and that’s why I love it. Tech will eventually de-skill riders in my view. The Z1000 is all bout the riding position (Kwaka philosophy, the rider bike relationship and the looks. I ride Paris occasionally on it from London and the wind is not an issue for me. I have 4 bikes including a Versys 1000cc. But this is the only bike I won’t part with. 👊🏾🆙💯🇯🇲🔥
Is that a blue sky? In the UK!!!? 😄 Jokes. Great video brother and that Z looks like it absolutely hauls. The audio sounds pretty good. I sometimes keep an external microphone (Zoom H1n) in my backpack for when I do more "spirited" riding. That normally yields zero to little wind noise. And then I mix it up in post with the GoPro audio. Looking forward to seeing where the channel is going with the addition of the Z to the stable.
Yeah, i've been meaning to get a Zoom H1n for a while now. I just hate the extra windnoise in my helmet. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for the tip 😁.
Congrats also nakeds are diabolical above 70mph.. Doesn't feel nice at all wind wise. Also I do the same going super close to the pump also side note don't listen to the click at the pump as I've found it shorts me over a liter of fuel. Just look in your tank after the click and fill up by eye you'll be surprised. I doubt you'll remember but I'm a bmw s1000r owner (gen2) I rode on the motorway today I wanted to get to some A roads. Best believe after being on it for a short period I nearly cancelled the trip and turnt back around😂😂 I disliked it that much.
Yes dude.........yes....... it is a whole different level. The power is instant on the z1000, even in 6th gear at lower rpms. I haven't maxed out the z1000 but the difference in top speed between the 650 and 1000 would be minimal because the 1000 is not geared for top end performance like a super sports 1000cc bike.

Trust me........I get that 🤣🤣🤣.
I started on a 1000 soo I've been like this from the beginning 😂😂😂 not one ounce of self control

New subscriber here! Great vids man, and as for mirrors you can get bar end ones that look decent on naked bikes
Yeah i think that i what i'm going to do. Glad u enjoy the vids. And thanks for the sub :)
Owning a naked is a blessing and a curse, when you start doing silly speeds, the wind humbles you and makes you slow down.
I ride like a good boy now. I have been beyond humbled 🤣🤣.
bro I aint gone lie, I remember you asked people if you should blur your speed and they said no but... I think its a good idea to do now.
🤣🤣🤣 i'll think about it

Respect!!! Yeah the bike is great and yes it is has for sure improved my riding skill. But the wind is crazy! 🤣. Thanks for watching 😁.

Wind over 70 is fine man, it's when you go above 120 that it becomes an annoyance
Yeah, getting used to the wind is the hardest part about this bike you are right. Must still be a treat to ride the s1000r, great machine 😁.
Bro 120!!!??? 😆😆. I think that is a bit more than an annoyance.

@@P.M_M agreed and you dare come out of tuck at that speed it's like the wind wants to rip you off the back of the bike.. Ask me how I know loool
audio is still picking up too much wind.
Yeah i know 😔. Thanks for the feedback. Back to the drawing board.
Do you find the z1000 alot faster than the cbr650r

You bought the Kawasaki because you are a wise man!
🤣......well, takes one to know one lol.
just buy a wind shield for the z1000 and its basically a sports bike lmao
true 🤣
I wonder how that would look like? I like it not sure what I'd get next really.
@@scooty67 Well i'm getting one so we will see 🤣🤣.
@@tvtwistasmotolook for a short one, looks badass and kinda works, the long ones are fugly.
nice vid!
Thank you :)
Hate to say it.....but the Z1000 sounds a lot better than the old 650 (to me). That hurt to admit lol
I kinda want to agree, just because the 650 gave me permanent hearing loss 😅.
Machine 🔥 🔥
Glorious 🤣
