Usually what happened in this age would stick to future rest of adolescent's life, he will be fighting for his rights all his life. When I was 12 playing alone at the playground, a group of older boys came over where I was playing and hold me to try to open my blouse to look at my breast, but I fought back hard, blooded my nose, face, they tore my blouse, I looked terrible, they got scratches and punches and bites from me too. My resistance made them leave me alone. So, was it a shock to me, maybe yes then, but I always sinse would fight for me, all my life, and never regret. Never comply, always fight for your life. The parents would also be assessed in parenting skills as well/ It is always difficult when dealing with children. I had to have delinquent children removed from the parents. All under the age of 6 and the one she then delivered was attended by social workers, police and medical staff and as soon as it came out it was swooped away and she never even touched her or saw her. She was up for firsr fostering and then adoption. The parents went to assessment centres and the children were not returned to her but she could vidit in a supervised room which was videoed and watched through a window. THe 1 yer old had 122 cigarette burns, broken bones of limbs and hands and was put into foster parents. The male parent was mentally disturbed and has psychosis and the female parent was deemed a danger to children. The child of 5 stuck his finger up a nother childs bo+tom and made the victim put his fi+ger in his mouth. Involved in this case was myself, the school, the police and the social worker. The female [parent had been abused by her father and that passed right over the social workers head when she said in the meeting that whilst the female was doing the classes, her children were going to looked after by her own dad. Hello? We had that social worker removed from the case and a manager then attended the following meetings. This is not what you want to hear but the problesm appear gradually in children where the are specific signs.

Usually what happened in this age would stick to future rest of adolescent's life, he will be fighting for his rights all his life. Which is not a bad thing because he had good help and felt he can win. When I was 12 playing alone at the playground, a group of older boys came over where I was playing and hold me to try to open my blouse to look at my breast, but I fought back hard, blooded my nose, face, they tore my blouse, I looked terrible, they got scratches and punches and bites from me too. My resistance made them leave me alone. So, was it a shock to me, maybe yes then, but I always sinse would fight for me, all my life, and never regret. Never comply, always fight for your life. And It's better go through lesson like this early in life than later. Good luck to all fighters of justice. I love you people.

What good will voting for the Conservatives do though, considering they're responsible for the past bunch of years? They may be slightly slower than Labour, but it's like having an option to take a "thing from a bang-bang weapon" (thank you, RUclips) or deadly poison. Taking the poison is not a solution because the end-result is still going to be 100% the same, you need to take the "thing from a bang-bang weapon" and try to dodge it no matter how unlikely it may be (AKA take a huge risk for Labour for that small chance to get Reform or some other better party).

@@juliaogara8794 I remember the case well - and the Mary Bell case before you were born. I worked the magistrates and Crown courts in a legal capacity = and a secondment to A prison. I dont disagree with per say but the difference is that the first case there was undeniable evidence of murder and they able to be tried as adults and they were Murders that were evidenced. They were mentally assessed by a number of clinicians and consultants who assess the criminally insane. And look what happened when they were released. One has a revolving door to prison and is still considered a psychopath as a diagnosos and the other had a sociopathy assess ment positive. THe same with Mary Bell who was put into witness proetxtion when she was released late into adulthood. She was 10 when she committed one evidenced murder and one where the circumstantial murder didnt stand p in court. This young boy in question - you said he had a guardian ad litum with him to put forward a defence for him. But the antisocial behaviour is disturbing and may escalate if not addressed/ I agree, on paper that it appears ridiculous to bring him in the rubber arrows and behaviours but it starts somewhere and there needs to be a medical assessment and safeguarding. The parents would also be assessed in parenting skills as well/ It is always difficult when dealing with children. I had to have delinquent children removed from the parents. All under the age of 6 and the one she then delivered was attended by social workers, police and medical staff and as soon as it came out it was swooped away and she never even touched her or saw her. She was up for firsr fostering and then adoption. The parents went to assessment centres and the children were not returned to her but she could vidit in a supervised room which was videoed and watched through a window. THe 1 yer old had 122 cigarette burns, broken bones of limbs and hands and was put into foster parents. The male parent was mentally disturbed and has psychosis and the female parent was deemed a danger to children. The child of 5 stuck his finger up a nother childs bo+tom and made the victim put his fi+ger in his mouth. Involved in this case was myself, the school, the police and the social worker. The female [parent had been abused by her father and that passed right over the social workers head when she said in the meeting that whilst the female was doing the classes, her children were going to looked after by her own dad. Hello? We had that social worker removed from the case and a manager then attended the following meetings. This is not what you want to hear but the problesm appear gradually in children where the are specific signs.
