Mike, Left overs are always wonderful. This is a great way to make something different and use up all of that food. Thank you very much for sharing. I hope that you have a good night, my dear friend. 😊✨
Not this time. I used HP Brown sauce in the mix and in top as a dressing. Tasted wonderful. Childhood memories for sure. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel ❤️ happy new year 2025
It must be a regional thing. Bubble and squeak has greens and potatoes. I can forgive the meat and Yorkshire pudding, innovative. But gravy? Not just no. Hell no! Bubble is meant to be burnt, chard heavily. Not stewed. I'm sure our respective grandmother's would agree to disagree but dang.
I'm guessing you may be correct. It's different around the country. But most of the research I've do suggested gravy that was left over. Either in the oan or over the top at the end. But one thing is for sure it's yummy 😋

Thank you for your support 🙏 it tastes so good. Also it's a good use of leftover Christmas or Sunday lunch.
No Worcestershire sauce?! 😪
