How to Use Vale Like a Pro

Guide on how to use Vale.
Build (in strict order):
-Rapid Boots
-Clock of Destiny
-Glowing Wand (movement speed bonus + burn damage)
-Genius Wand (movement speed bonus, magic defense reduction, and +15 Magic PEN)
-Holy Crystal
-Blood Wings
Explanation
I've seen a lot of players use Arcane Boots (adds 15 Magic PEN bonus) on Vale, but this is a waste of potential for him. You want to use Rapid Boots to leverage Vale's inherent speed attribute so you can easily evade attacks, as seen in the video. Besides, Genius Wand more than makes up for the Magic PEN of Arcane boots because not only does it have 15 Magic PEN, but it also whittles down your opponent's Magic Defense by up to 30 (stacked 3 times) while Saving 5% speed to your movement.
I also use Glowing Wand to boost movement speed and add continuous damage to enemies. This proves crucial when your other skills are in cooldown. A lot of my kills are attributed to Glowing Wand's continuous burn damage bonus.
Clock of Destiny, Holy Crystal, and Blood Wings are essential items to complement Vale's very high burst.
Gameplay
For Vale's skills, I choose crowd control on his Ult, then damage on his second and first skill. This combination deals more damage than when you choose damage on Ult then crowd control on his second and first.
The ideal combo is to capture the enemy with your CC Ult, then hit them with your damage-based second skill, then with your first, in quick succession.
Early Game
Midlane is the ideal lane for Vale in the early game, considering how his skills are designed. Kill as many minions as you can during the early game to reach level 4 quickly.
Do not engage enemy pokes, just dodge them but make sure you kill those minions first. You need to gain gold quickly!
Late Game
Once you've purchased Rapid Boots, Clock of Destiny, Glowing Wand, and Genius Wand, you're pretty much set to owning the battlefield. By this time (assuming you have at least five assists or kills), your Passive and your items will have made you the god of speed on the map. You will be virtually unkillable simply because your enemies can't get a lock on you.
Speed is Vale's secret that many players don't take advantage of. Use this well too your team's advantage.
