I'm mainly a hot side sleeper but sometimes find myself on my stomach. Can you please recommend some cooling and breathable pillows that would work for combination sleepers like myself? I'm also a hot sleeper, and I can't afford expensive pillows like Saatva , etc. Thanks.
You should NEVER sleep on the stomatch unless you want never ending neck and back pain as you age. All professional advice NOT to sleep with your neck bent or twisted. Its seems tolerable when you are young, but it will mould you to a very unpleasant and painful future. I am a 40 yr victom. BAD advice to even suggest how to sleep on the stomatch.

Don't usually sleep on my stomach, but my sister is so sharing this video with her as she suffers with back pain.
