I forgot to mention that there is no WiFi on board. But both Globe and Smart’s data service worked. I got a consistent LTE signal on 90% of the trip. You just have to be on the outside part of the ship.

I was able to board the maiden voyage of St. Ignatius of Loyola from Batangas to Caticlan way back in 2012. The terminal fee in Batangas was only 10 or 15 pesos.

We were in Bora in 2013! We travelled there by plane. But IMO right now it'll be a thrill for my family if we want to bring our own car to Bora by ferry via the Batangas Port.
Yes you can batangas-caticlan port you can park your car left side of jerry port you can choose with a minimum fee per day basis, safe gated private parking areas
FYI, you can't bring your car to Boracay Island, you will have to park it at Caticlan port.
useless to bring ur car to caticlan, unless you have plans of having a side trip to iloilo-roxas-antique

I prefer Ship to travel than plane and hope there will in Masbate too coz its more convenient than BUS.
Whenever we go to boracay and if we like to bring our pet, we always choose M/V St. Ignatius of Loyola. Reason is the pet area is INSIDE the ship. The other ship’s pet area is on the balcony so very stressful for the dogs since very windy and many passengers pass by the area.
For the accommodation, stateroom is better than suite. You have your own comfort room, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed so very good for family travelers.

Hi! Is this your first time in Boracay? If so, I suggest taking the plane to Caticlan instead. From there, it's just a 15-minute boat ride to Boracay Island. This ferry is good, but I only suggest taking this option if you're looking for a little 'adventure' going to Boracay... or you carry 50kg of baggage. 😃
We were there 2 times many yrs ago before things were updated. Seems everythings changed. Yea flight may be better but from other videos its a hasslegetting from the airport to the islandand then to ur hotel@TourFromHomeTV
@@ay5667 if you're staying at a nice hotel there is no hassle. Area 0 hotels have private transfers & their own port/lounge at Caticlan & will bring you directly at the hotel's beachfront using a speedboat

Any time of the year okay naman except pag rainy season siguro like Oct-Nov. Smooth yung biyahe especially malaki yung ship and madaming islands sa paligid.
