I loved this latest tour. I still own a ton of the Star Trek figs, from all of the Trek properties, released. Even after moving several times, I managed to keep them in immaculate condition. Good memories.
You should do one of these catalog tours as a live stream. There are so many things in here that I had, wanted or still want. I wish I had gotten them when they were cheap.
Thanks for sharing this catalog. I was not even walking down the toy aisles back then; never mind collecting. I don’t remember ever seeing those transformer like TMNT mutations. I feel a kindredness with collectors of any toy lines.
I always wonder how Colm Meaney was able to get on the main cast bracket on Star Trek Deep Space Nine..... Maybe two his two film roles like Die Hard 2 and Under Siege....? That last scene between O'Brien and Picard.......
I still collect the playmates Star Trek. I have most of the ships except for Voyager which does go for high dollar on the secondary market. Some of the ships like the Ferengi marauder and the Cardassian ship didn't get made in the larger scale of ships. However they made the smaller ones that fit the micro figures but the ones shown in your catalog look like they where going to make them in the larger scale.
Interest in Trek waned during Voyager, it was only on UPN cable station at first and wasn't assessable to mass viewership. Much like Trek behind a sub service charge on Paramount plus in 2022.
I have many of the Playmate’s “Star Trek” figures. I recently bought a 7 piece loose assortment of Classic “Star Trek” figures for 18 dollars. I bought them very cheaply. I even have that “Star Trek: The Next Generation” run a bout. I had two of the nine inch “Star Trek” figures. The nine inch figures aren’t much fun. I never really got into “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. I remember the SeaQuest tv show. I saw a couple episodes, but SeaQuest got worse in each new season.

Experiences like how the toy aisles looked then may never come back.
I have a few of playmates catalogs ... Lov these . So neat
Still have some catalog tours planned for the near future.
Wow cool catalogue & figures 👍.
I love the turtles Dino's.
The 90s feel like a 100 years ago.
It was a whole different world!
A shame Playmates didn't make the Jem'Hadar bug fighter with light up features and sounds
They did make all four of those road readys from the Tmnt line,I have the module and the party wagon
Wasn't sure, thanks

Must have had a good agent!

The ships seem to do better aftermarket than the figures.
I really loved monster force
I had two of the TMNT road ready mutations. I had Shredder and Leo.
Cool toys!
Wow! That Ninja Grappler is a repurposed Grapplor from R.A.T.S.
Pretty common for toy companies to do that kind of stuff.
This makes me feel old.
I know what you mean!

I still have the skeleton warriors and tmnt star trek just to name a few.
Excellent!
Didn't they have an action packed episode full of chases and pursuits called "Keeping up with the Cardassians"?
I love the ships but diamond select blew them outta the water when it came to the starships.

SeaQuest did get goofy...
As much as I hate to say it. I like mighty max mainly because of the cartoon.
Nothing wrong with that
@@OpenByChance I always felt the Polly pocket vibe for liking it. Lol
