I've been watching a buncha interviews with Taika in a roll (just cause I love him) and, I've got to say, this one is the best I've ever seen. You are so genuine and so engaged and casual, it really transpires how much you admire him and, at the same time, it looks like you guys are friends just shooting the shit. Also, I think this is the most laid back, comfortable and "off" I've seen him in an interview (that may have to do with the alcohol a bit) and it was just great. I'm in. Subscribed.

I remember telling myself while it was happening "this is why I love the MCU". We need more awesome scenes with even more awesome music like that in the MCU.

I am genuinely interested in Taika Waititi after watching this. I had no intentions of seeing this movie until now. I didn’t even know who he was. I know alcohol is involved, but he seems so down-to-earth. I love the conversation. Professional but so chill. Great interview, as always, Hazel!

Thats pretty much how most Kiwi's are. Probably part of NZ's tall poppy syndrome/cuture though. So is it good or bad? probably both.

also the amount of chemistry between them was great. they talk like they have been friends for years

The title page bit killed me!! It's so cool seeing New Zealanders out there in the big wide world making a serious name for themselves. After watching Boy when I was younger, to now seeing him direct a big bloody crazy superhero movie, it makes my heart happy.
