*spoilers below* So this takes place during Season 1 Obey Me! (Lessons 1- 20) when Belphegor is still locked up in the attic. Basically, because he's lonely and depressed, he dreams of his family and his sister Lilith (deceased) and that everything is fine. But as the dream progresses, he becomes more aware that it is a dream (which is why he can't see Lilith) and the moment Lucifer tells him that Belphegor will never see Lilith is when he remembers reality and wakes up. MC visits Belphegor after their discovery on a regular basis. On this visit, they come across Belphegor sobbing after the nightmare. At least, that's my interpretation of this. Hope it helped!
