I would say so, but maybe in the Shin Universe. That way, Shin Ultraman and Hongo can take on something related to Shin Godzilla

Just a quick clarification; while 1993 was the year "Ultraman Vs. Kamen Rider" was released, the Ultraman Series' 25th Anniversary was in 1991, so the release of the special may have been delayed.

I know that alien baltan got passed up by Zetton and I haven’t been around the Chanel long enough, but I won’t lie. I am very interested in old school Kaijus overall history.
Zetton instantly became one of my favorite kaiju after a video like that. I just want to see other kaiju from that era get some love.
Ultraman and Kamen Rider did somewhat had a crossover again with Hideaki Anno's "Shin Japan Heroes" granted along with Godzilla and Evangelion and they even made a figure of the four combined into some weird robot.

Satori Gadoras actually appears in (Mega Monster Galaxy Legends The Movie) as a background monster
So, if the whole special was actually taking place in some kids' imaginations, that pretty much makes this the Ultraman/Kamen Rider equivalent to All Monsters Attack/Godzilla's Revenge. When do we get a modern threesome version with Gabara making an appearance and winding up fused with Sasori Gadoras? :)
