  • The demise of Knapp House Activity Centre/ Holiday Camp was a sad and desolate one, but here we see what is left behind with an extended explore after 4 years of closure and vandalism. Knapp House was established in 1982 and is surrounded by 60 acres of land, which encompasses gardens, woodlands and fields. It is situated in Northam, near Bideford in North Devon.
The future for this area is still uncertain but will most likely be holiday homes or housing development. *Subtitles added.

Its a shame that there are always idiots that have to destroy everything. This could have been repurposed!

You might notice I pick a kettle up off the floor because I will always leave a place better than I find it, sadly when these eejits smash these places up it makes the neighbours very quick to phone police should anyone be spotted on site.

I'm glad you left the pool room out. It's never sat well with me when people film themselves messing around in there.
