Honestly, my old 1070 felt nearly as fast as the 2060 I got right now, only reason i changed was because the 1070 got rusted and died. 2060 feels way less stable and more stuttery than I ever remember my 1070 being. Long live the 10 series.
The 1070 looses to the rtx 3050 and the 3050 looses to the regular 2060 6gb, so what you are saying is false. And the stuttering could be vram issue since the 1070 has 8gb and the 2060 has 6gb but you should know that, if thats not the problem then its a personal problem you have.

He didn't mention anything other than a GPU upgrade, so we don't know anything about his other setups or parts wear. Your aggressive response insinuating that he might have issues because he has a personal preference for a GPU tells me that your level of maturity in dealing with a comment whose opinion differs from yours is, in my opinion, very low. Spend more time on self-knowledge than on mere GPU data whose data collection and analysis method doesn't always reveal the real intentions of those who publish it.
No doubt I have such fond memories of my 1070. I had it for 6 years, and it never let me down. Since getting rid of it, like 9 months ago, I'm gone through 4 different cards. Keep having problems. 1070 just worked great, and for a really long time.
