3:11. That's a nib and handle used as a line pen for drafting. The nib can be removed from the handle and attached to an arc compass or a beam compass. The nib is dipped into ink and ink is retained in the reservoir between the tip and adjusting screw. The line width is adjustable. The nib also has to be sharpened or shaped because the drafting paper, vellum, or linen wears the nib down. I did some line drawings on linen with these tools for extra credit for a class many years ago. It takes patience and much care. I saw a detailed locomotive drawing once that was done on linen with line pens. I have a great deal of admiration for that draftsman.
I've only ever seen that purse holder in use once, but those hangers were in the stores a lot!---My favorite was that folding door that went around a corner!
That is a salad fork. Salad and dessert forks are often the same size, but the left time of a salad fork will always have a sharp point to help secure vegetables on the journey betwixt plate and mouth.
You have several of them wrong. The fork with different tines, the larger one is used for cutting where the pointy one is for spearing things like olives or pickles.
If it's 2000 years old (and I don't doubt it is!) it's far more likely to be a Roman hairpin made of bronze; ties are a 20th century invention, although pins were worn with cravats and ascots from the 17th century, but they were much more decorated than that, often with a precious stone because they were so visible, and more likely to be made of gold or silver.
3:40 You must have some real short bikes if you can fit the seat in there (unless it a perspective thing). Pretty sure this is meant for 2 bikes and you put the wheel in there. Also makes sense with the curve.
My great grandfather discovered a gold mine on his property during the gold rush in California. They had jewelry identical to this ring made from the gold and quartz discovery, made at Tiffany's in New York.
The answers come from the sites the photos are submitted to - mostly reddit and boredpanda, I guess. These videos just harvest content from those sites, probably automatically (which explaing why so many of the images are reused in multiple videos). This is probably az automatic channel with little to no human activity behind the selection of the images, making, uploading and publishing the videos. See how the "channel owner" keeps liking almost all comments - even the ones that are saying these videos are crap :) - but never replies.
The snuff container thing . I bought one of these back in the seventies . Made in China . Modern . Contained a semi solid perfume . I was a hippy (still am)
Agreed... and some of them are like, "it's not a diamond." Ok, well I don't care if it's a diamond or not, what's the thing it's set in? The costume jewelry, for example, are clip on earrings made for non-pierced ears. Just explaining the company's history is not helpful. :(

Those Alp capsules fooled me. I thought that they were houses for alien gnomes

And the larger, flat side is for desserts. All the social graces have left America.

8:17 I seriously doubt that cannon balls actually "wash up on beaches", though they might be found on or near beaches for other reasons.
He could always weigh it. It might add up to a known size of cannon, e.g., 28- or 32-pounder.
Oh that black thing with chains? It goes on boots. It comes in pairs.
Far too many reused again and again for different videos.
Yeah, that's what we get when the videos are made automatically, without human supervision.
5:39 Well, you said what it isn't but not what it is. So what is it?

While I really enjoy seeing the obvious jewelry pieces, why aren't people bringing them to an actual jeweler in the first place??
