I know one trick to remember the countries bordering Caspian Sea . It's called KITAR which means , Kazakhstan Iran Turkmenistan Azerbaijan , and Russia. Not in proper order but it will help you to remember the names of specific countries. 😅

In 2022 it was again renamed as astana
These region is highly marginalised but the most important civilization originayed from here & its cities were the international fame & important.
