Absolutely incredible video Jason. Really enjoyed it. You got some absolute legends on this video mate. Great choices from all of you. The blob is one of my favourites as well. The thing, and the Fly are incredible. Absolutely love The Evil Dead, The Hills Have Eyes, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remakes.👍

Interesting selection, I was wondering if anyone was gonna mention The Thing and The Blob, well done Jason.
The Evil Dead, the remake is fantastic, if you guys haven't seen the director's cut you need to see it, well worth you're time.

Another great upload pal. Texas Chainsaw and Dawn of the Dead are 2 of the better remakes for me. Day of the dead, the Fog and the most recent black Christmas are amongst the worst. Curious though...heard one of the guests talk about a missing scene in My Bloody Valentine. Were they referring to the 2009 remake and if so, which scene is missing? Take care and look forward to more vids pal.
    😀👍🔵

Thanks so much for watching Al and for taking time to write this comment. Yes, Nige was talking about the remake of My Bloody Valentine, however I don't know what scene he was referring to unfortunately.

i think most horror remakes are solid enough some are better then there counterparts.
this will get me shot but i think the tcm and childs play remakes are better then the ogs. tcm 2003 is scary and has better characters and childs play 2019 has something to say about parenting and the dangers of ai .
and friday the 13th 2009 is way better then the og friday but thats not a high bar .
nightmare and halloween are flawed ut solid remakes,
i have avoided crap ones like prom night and the fog .

Thanks for watching Sean. I appreciate your comment and adding to the discussion 👍 Prom Night is pretty dire tbh, the original isn't amazing or anything, but it's a decent slasher. The remake loses everything that makes the original interesting.

The Thing reboot sequel was garbage.

The prequel from 2011? It was alright, I guess.
