Do you find more and more expats are moving into Jomtien? The area looks much quieter but it might be just the time of day. The sports bar as well as the Happy bar on Soi 7 always seemed to be doing well with foreigners. But this video seemed quiet on Soi 7. Always gets me how the 6 or 7 massage places on Soi 7 all seem to stay open for business.
