I'm also a massive Ice Hockey fan, and the highlights we get in Ice Hockey show loads of chance creation, good plays, fights etc. As well as the goals. Makes it more enjoyable, to actually see how well/bad your team performed, rather than just seeing goals. That's my take on it anyway.

It is clear that this time the manager was at fault.
Even without the benefit of hindsight it was evident within the first half hour that there was something wrong with all the starting midfielders. Many wrong passes and a lethargic attitude when starting an attack or when passing to the forwards. Apparently they subconciously thought they are irreplaceable. Or maybe some days things just don't click even if they are excellent players. The manager should have noted this immediately and made changes before or after the first goal. The pep talk during half time does not always work.
If it were not for the goal keeper the result would have been seven or more.

We lost the ball in the middle too often and were counterattacked. Tottenham's chronic problem is that when the opposing team presses hard, the attack continues to break down in the middle.😪
No excuses the team had one full week to train for this game. It’s not like Tottenham is in multiple competitive tournaments like some other teams in the Premier league. It was clear that Fulham wanted to win this game more than Spurs.

Fulham is more look like Spurs than Spurs.😢 2 CBs are hard to build up against pressing and our midfielders are totally disappeared in this game. Sarr and Bissouma looked really tired and they need to rotate.

드라구신이랑 로메로 합이 안 맞는게 훤히 보인 경기고, 수비는 둘째치고 중원 싸움 개발려서 전체적으로 졌죠
That highline though 😂 both fullbacks inside leaving two defenders susceptible to very punishing counters. This is a game where sadly the pace of Van De Ven was missed so that the fullbacks recover on time. Great from fulham though 👏

The defence was not the worst, the Midfield was just horrendous, 0/10 performances from Sarr and Bissouma and the attack was terrible as well

@@philancoolique3125 Exactly spot on with the point I'm making if your playing a very highline the midfield has to be absolutely spot on if the ball is lost in the midfield then everything crumbles. And we did make loose passes that were intercepted gave the ball away and when you play against quality players like Iwobi Pereira Muniz you get punished 🤷🏾
We need more centerbacks to change formation with threebacks like 3-5-2. So that we can maintain high line, defending opponents' counter attack. We should not rely on Micky.

We can't play two destroyer center backs in a high line ; it will open up space for the opponent.
Romero was too far back for the first goal - Dragusin was playing the offside trap.
Otherwise, doing well for transferring in and expectations to cover for Van D
This is a game I want to think about positively rather than negatively. Let’s once again pledge the players’ winning spirit and study more and improve their skills with a humble attitude. I think Tottenham will do even better in the 24-25 season. Let's start again.

Midfield was atrocious, this is on them. They couldnt move forward, left the defense on their own, and lost all sense of consistency with passing
Things to point out:
Dragusin's first game but his positioning + ball watching needs to be worked on.
Kulu and Johnson instead of taking their man on usually, they just cut back and recycle numerous times.
Multiple players when they lose the ball just jog back instead of sprinting. Feel like the only one I saw sprinting everytime a player lost the ball was only Porro
Overall, we were just slow and hesitant on our play and Fulham deservedly got all three points.

Generally speaking, a good punch sometimes requires patience and defensive postures, and you would find the right moment to blow. Not full swing every single time. Removing Conte's boring football is not the answer. Improving defensive football and reviving Spur's brutal offensive football can be achieved also. Linebreaking stunner cross from centerbacks are not bad options. You need running games to make your throw sharper. (American Football saying) And Spurs need to work on their corners. Conceding goals from corners and give opponents counter-attack chance from own corners are just so discouraging.

After last weekends result and performance Spurs had a slim outside chance for the title if they won most of their remaining games.
But champions dont go to Fulham and get pumped 3-0.
Still....Spurs are going the right way under Ange. Huge improvement.
