Believe it or not as much as we blame apple for making iphones costly they do a damn good job with ipads i mean at the price that an ipad air and basic model is it is almost 10 times better than any other android tablet But phone on the other hand even tho iphone has lesser ram and storage than redmi it is faster because of optimization that's why some people prefer iphones over android

Well software too helps it but only by 40% camera and some things but the xiaomi has more things 120hz 108mp and much more

The price of Redmi Note 10 Pro and iPhone11pro is much different. Although its performance is not as good as Iphone11pro, it is quite practical.

It's probable a setting you mistakenly touch on your phone.
Perhaps you pressed the Auto mode while trying to adjust your screen brightness
