We went to the Japanese cafe in Mona Vale after watching this. The Wagyu Beef bowl and Teriyaki Chicken bowl were delish. I also enjoyed the matchca latte.

Ahh used to go to Monaka during work breaks back in the day! Good to see them still going strong! Three Doors Down is another great Japanese influenced cafe with amazing okonomiyaki if you ever go back there 👍🏻

Hey Janice, you should try the Singaporean barramundi at Mr Stonebowl next, its so good with a bowl of rice.
Try the Chinese plum juice the next time you have hotpot, it cools you down.

I spent waayyyy too much on takeaways this week. One of my new co-workers who I've been paired up a bit with, loves food and breaks. Thats why. Was relieved to work it all off after this morning's 1 hour swim.
Tomorrow marks a new week... healthier and less spending. My highlight of the week was French Toast @ La Cloche Kaiwharawhara.

hi janice if i may just a word about teeth grinding I tried every thing , but what helped me was a theapist that gave me exercises and it changed my life , it was a bit late for my teeth am a lot older than you , but you have beautiful teeth so try this as I know guards aer expensive

@@JaniceFung depends on what type of Chinese food. Seafood restaurant is the century at the star. Sichuan food is Red Chilli Sichuan Restaurant at chatswood. Hunan food is Spice Paradise at haymarket and so on

I wear those mouth guard for grinding your teeth what I find is it stimulates your saliva glands in your mouth and unfortunately you dribble in the night in your mouth lol its not a good look believe me just a warning,. As always interesting and informative and entertaining video
