I've said it before and will say it again. There's not a rapper alive today, or deceased yesterday who is on Biggie's level!....raw and rugged, and truly the God of rap!! B.I.G forever!!

The whole squad failed Biggie. Period. How are you not thinking about retaliation in LA after Pac was murdered & knowing all the rumors that were swirling? The fact that there was no extra security or for that matter an armored car is piss poor planning. Truly the fact that he was in LA soon a couple months after Pac was murdered was foolish & should have never gone down the way it did.

Ernest Hemingway also had a photographic memory. They had that in common. That's what made them both such great writers, their memories. But I think B.I.G. was more Fitzgerald than Hemingway.

i remember talking to a friend of a music producer the guy produced a song for grafh ft jim jones "getting money " anyways he told this friend of mine (they both went to the same college together ) that he had worked in the studio with lil wayne when he came to nyc and he said .Wayne would try and do the same thing as what biggie would do expect .the way he explained it to me was that .Lil wayne would record a bar or two from the top of his head ..then go listen to the beat and come up with another bar or two .Im thinking to myself that ish is lame compared to biggie who literally creating whole songs in his head including hooks and adlibs .Lil wack doing songs a bar at a time seems lazy to me like why don't you just write it down and memorize it before u go into the studio then it looks like your freestyling
