This was nicely dun but I have a question.... dont you need 2 cook the chicken? U placed kaccha chicken n then in 5mins the biryani was ready ? Please explain

Not in 5 minutes...I kept the biriyani in dum for 20 minutes n standing time 10 mins... chicken will b perfectly done...try once

Gas pe... the process I used first 5 mins on high flame next 5 minus on low flame and next 10 mins over a tawa
