    I love watching all the auditors. I am 64 and I’m finally knowing about my rights that I didn’t know before. My husband was a Marine and he knew. We had cops called once and wanted to come in our house because a drunk friend going through a divorce told cops his kids were in my house. Cops wanted to come in and my husband told them no. Just because some drunk says something don’t mean anything. They did the walk of shame. I was under the impression at the time if cops asked to come in you let them in. I know better now. THANK YOU!

    • @trsdarrin
      @trsdarrin 2 месяца назад +30

      I am in my late 60s. I can't tell you how many times my rights were violated back in my younger days. Just a few years back I went to a county park with my daughter. She was my late life gift. Next thing you know I got cops surrounding me pulling my daughter off to the side asking her questions asking me for my ID treating me like a criminal, they said we got a call in other words they suspected me of being some kind of pedophile. I can't tell you how humiliating it was in front of all these people in the park.. When they finally were satisfied, I was her dad they let me go. So basically, my rights were violated because of somebody else's suspicions. I never took my daughter back to that park. I drove all the way to the next city and use their park. Never had any issues there.

    I 100% appreciate you standing your ground and standing up for all of our rights but at the same time you had enough standing to file a complaint and lawsuit without being physically arrested. They technically already arrested you unlawfully with the unlawful detainment. Next time when they give you that last chance to not be arrested and going to the station then take it as long as you have standings and go through the proper channels filling complaints and lawsuit when necessary.... Definitely will be waiting for the updates

    • @1texasopinion
      @1texasopinion 2 месяца назад

      Your right. These cops don’t give a crap, they do need to lose their jobs and at the very least embarrassed publicly, but what are you saying, just because it most likely won’t happen we should just sit on our hands and take it. Stop complaining! This movement is in its infancy, let’s say just 25 people in this county take up this mantle and start making noise to the county government, then more join and more etc, in a very short time things would change. However, if everyone says you’re not going to make a difference, it will be a self fulfilling prophesy. Don’t forget only 3% started the revolutionary war and it grew. These auditors are doing stellar work and it will catch fire, if not today someday. I’m 69 years old and I consider my life cheap because I’ve bitched about tyranny most of my adult life and have done nothing. Hope I live long enough to see the fruit.
