Helmholtz Plane influence on Capacitance

While the Stern Model for EDLC captures many features of the experiments, there are some complexities that are beyond the reach of simple models. Part of this complexity is due to specific adsorption in the inner Helmholtz plane and these issues are briefly touched upon in this lecture.
