Surfing for Beginners in India - Indica Surf School Mulki, Mangalore

I went to Mulki, Mangalore in Karnataka from Bangalore to learn beginners Surfing lessons.
Surfing is open throughout the year in Mulki, except for the Monsoon Months i.e August- September
I took a Bus from Bangalore to Mulki, which was an overnight journey of 8 hours. From the Mulki Bus stop, take an Auto and head towards Indica Surf school which is 1 kms.
We wake up at 7 am, leave for Indica Surf School's Private Beach (transportation is included in the Surf charges), learn to Surf for 2 - 2.5 hours, come back to the school have breakfast, lunch, dinner. There's other activities like cycling, Kayaking, Standup paddling etc as well which you can experience in the evening.

Surfing is just for 3 hrs… so u can explore mangalore after that.. I didn’t plan exploring mangalore for me as it was my first solo trip 😃

You don’t have to be a pro at Swimming, but basics you must know, just to tackle with ocean and avoid that panic when wave would smash you down initially, rest it’s all about techniques and practice ✨
