@@thesmitty467As the user, I feel comfortable in Cover 2 man, with 2 deep halfs for the safetys, but I actually hate that my CPU defenders give up such easy under routes and easy short passes. It's like my defensive guys don't react nearly fast enough, meanwhile if I'm user on pass rush, I always can get penetration into the backfield, but then I leave it up to my CPU's to over their guys and not get beat 1-on-1. That's why Cover 2 Man can be troublesome with user sometimes.

I really also like to make those same pre-snap adjustments against the CPU team. However, I've noticed that against the Bills or Chiefs, those two up-tempo offenses, I can't do anything if am on the line and rushing, which I do get really good penetration, but sometimes It's like my DBs give up such easy short to mid pass plays and it's frustrating because I'll get them to 3rd downs and they go uptempo and then I'm not set and don't make all my pre-snap adjustments before they snap. So, that's sometimes annoying. I like Cover 2 Man because I can user the CBs and I I always like to jam the best receiver on the team. I also like to sometimes go play Underneath, other times I'll go Overtop and even Show Blitz even if I'm not blitzing.
Bro i think i might hang it up lol this game is so bad. It gets worse every year. I'm 9-1 right now but it's not even fun. Not even kidding you I ran a perfectly executed play where I drew a dude's user off with a route and ran it in with Lamar... dead serious, when I got to the 1 yard line with nobody even close to me, my right tackle randomly teleported like 10 yards to the right, fell on the ground, Lamar flips in the air and falls and gets tackled. Ran it in on the next play for 6 but it's just how bad the game is that makes in not even fun anymore. I threw an out route on accident right into a dudes flat and the defender just stood there like 5 yards off the sideline not moving and I took it in for 75 yards. I geniunely felt bad lol
Very true I only play against the ai to lab out some defenses and when I go up against the 49ers they made Brock purdy into a intellectual beast he allways makes the right read but when he doesn’t and they throw it right to me my dude drops the pick and cmc sometimes turns into god mode breaking 4 to 5 tackles which I get it’s cmc
But when i play against Pacheco and the chiefs he breaks like 7 tackles turns into god mode it’s ridiculous once I had the game one by one score I pass commited came out in prevent I even swatted the ball and the ball stayed in the air and the reciver caught it for a TD with 3 seconds left In the clock we went to overtime i luckily won the game
