Connection to the washing machine does not work at all. I have already tried several phones and only one time was able to connect to the washing machine, unfortunately after disconnecting it could not be reconnected. Beko delivers defective products.
After the app is installed turn the dial on the machine to the app symbol/ remote setting. Turn blue tooth on in the washing machine settings and on the phone. Then press the blue tooth symbol on the washing machine one more time and another blue tooth symbol appears above the first on the display. The remote is now on.
It dosent work, it was a miracle that I managed to set it up and register it, took 4 hours and now it won't pair with the washing machine, I literally give up
I have connected my beko washing machine. The bluetooth sign does not blink meaning the connection was successful. But I can not remotely control it. Any idea why? I turn the knob to ^download program+bluetooth sign^ then i hit the bluetooth button, machine beeps twice then it stops. Screen does not change at all so the remote control is still not done by the app.
@@tomtaylor92 thank you, this solved it. I also had to turn off the washing after doing this then turning it back on. Connect to Bluetooth then press the Bluetooth button to activate the remote.
Ahh and now homewiz has completely disconnected saying it needs an internet connection, which is clearly working, as I can access various websites and post on here
May be a dumb question, but can I then remotely control the washing machine from a different location or do I have to be in the wifi network as the machine?

Thank you so much!!!! I couldn't figure out why the remote wasn't working. Because you have to hold every fk button 3 seconds i did te same with the Bluetooth one. So i learned first press bluetooth 3sec and then only one little push extra😂
It was pretty quick and easy for me, idk if the rest of y’all are just slow 😅 or boomers. Ask your teens/young people to help u connect it. Will be done in 5 mins
It takes longer to connect and set the washing cycle trough the app then just turning the knob and setting it. App has exactly the same programs as the knob itself- so why would I want to go through a hassle of connecting it to washing machine and pressing all the buttons just so the app give me exact same washing options as the knob on the washer in front of me. Absolute waste of time. HomeWhiz app collects all of your data including your location at all times (if you turn that option off- it will not allow you to use the app)-why on earth would a washing machine need my location to be operated??? It's a data collection app- nothing else... Don't bother to download
@@innepinnetje I wrote to the support service email. I described to them the whole situation that the washing machine is connected to another house. They asked me to send some data and a day later they wrote that everything was ready. They remotely somehow disconnected my washing machine from all the houses and I was able to connect it. Everything is working fine now

@@veronikam. in verità dopo ripetuti tentativi ci sono riuscita ma comunque non la uso mai, perché ogni volta va ripetuto l aggancio cell e lavatrice tempo sprecato.

You need to make sure your phone/tablets location settings for the HomeWhiz app are set to always allow location. Hope this helps.

Do you only need to be connected to Bluetooth while you choose the setting? Or does the Bluetooth have to be connected the for the entire wash cycle?
May be a dumb question, but can I then remotely control the washing machine from a different location or do I have to be in the wifi network as the machine?
It's not a wifi connection, it's Bluetooth which only works on a direct connection within about 3-10 feet

Nonsense. The app sais to check the serial number. Here a teen can't help but the customer support. Maybe😅

Now you are forced to create an account before you can connect to your washing machine so I'm not going to use it.
It's not working for me. It says there are other bluetooth devices detected. Yes I have some an so are my neighbours.

Ho lo stesso problema, secondo me il sistema di connessione è solo uno specchietto per le allodole perché altrimenti non mi spiego!
