Due to the new Chapters features, I'll put Timestamps in my videos (already in the description): Video Timestamps: 0:00 Video Start 0:20 Chapter 01 - The Greenhouse Start 2:15 Chapter 02 - The Crane Start 7:32 - Got quad-capped by a tank 7:58 Chapter 03 - The Construction Site Start 12:32 Chapter 04 - The Terminal Start 15:25 Chapter 05 - The Runway Finale Start 21:16 Credits Start 22:26 Bonus Clip from a failed run.
Yeah, 1 reason i ran back to the right at 6:20 because had I kept on going the car would have instant incapped me. I decided to if I can't get away, aim myself that way so the tank can hit me there.
Yeah, but I think there is some room for improvement. I know i will be biased as when I look at the Uncompressed FRAPS video file, then look at this, to me i see the downscale in bitrate. Somewhen when I do actually record another L4D2 video, I will increase the bitrate on the final edit of the video. Granted it will take longer render and much longer upload time, but with the extra bitrate upon upload, and the fact youtube then re-converts the file AGAIN, it should then even out. The Compressed clip for this is 1.38 GB (1080p@60). The bitrate I did cap at 8,000 which in all honesty, i should have raised to 12 to 16,000. If you watch my Crash Course Tank Attack video, I actually doubled the bit rate to 16,000 for that one. You might notice that it might seem a little more crisp. I only did it for that video since it was only 14 minutes long and was testing the encoding settings. Final video file size was 1.67 GB which isn't that bad. Honestly, if it's under 10 GB, i'd be happy. 1 exception of this is my HL2 - Episode One - The One Free Bullet video. That video wasn't exactly 1080p as my monitor at the time was 1600x1200. I had to do a forced aspect ratio for that one. But the 1 hour 52 minute video ended up being 15.7 GB with around 20,000 bitrate. Video was still 60 FPS though.
I posted my full PC specs on my about page: ruclips.net/user/JediMastr80about But my specs are the following: -------------------------------------------------------- My Current PC Hardware -------------------------------------------------------- Power Supply: 750 Watt Seasonic Gold Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A/USB 3.1 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K (4.0 GHz) RAM: 16,384 MB | CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB (2400 MHz) GPU: XFX Radeon Rx 480 8GB GDDR5 Monitor: Samsung CF390 Series Curved 24-Inch FHD Monitor (C24F390) (1920 x 1080p) HDD: (2x) 1 TB (7200 RPM) (32MB/64MB Cache), 4 TB (7200 RPM) SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB External HDD: 3 TB USB 3.0 WD MyBook Headset: HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset (KHX-HSCP-RD)
Yeah, I left that in for the lols. It shows even I, am not perfect. You can even see in the credits, Number of Restarts: 3. So I did restart 2 other times. 1 was shown at the end, the other was cut completely.
Mutations allow you to set various commands for the mutation to change up the gameplay. This is using the infinite ammo command however, the customer mutation maker made it where you STILL HAVE To Reload. Some say this is cheating, but even Valve used this on their mutations. See "Chainsaw Massacre" mutation Valve did, which gives all Chainsaws Infinite Fuel. Also "Gib Fest" allows Infinite Ammo for the M60 and Magnum. Due to the fact that you can face 4 to 8 tanks at once, with decreased spawn times, not having to worry about ammo at all is a perfectly reasonable balance for this mutation.
Recorded the video using FRAPS to a 2nd hard drive. Then using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, I compress the video to a higher bit-rate. This video was rendered when editing at 1080p@60 fps (1.38 GB file size) The bit rate ranged from 7,987 kbps to 8,305 kbps. The Crash Course video was shorter so i gave it more bit rate of 16,074 to 16,264 kbps (1.67 GB) And just an FYI, both videos uncompressed ranged from 100 to 400 GB in file size.
Long story, busy with school. I'm taking online classes. Being a full-time student, I have to focus more on my studies. I will try to record more videos during my breaks, but I don't want to promise anything.
Yeah, it's the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo. You can download it on the Steam Workshop here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=386072760 All you have to do is subscribe to it and it will auto download. Start up L4D2 on steam and it will load.
Sorry, I wasn't ignoring you or anybody else in the comments, I honestly have been very busy. Been taking online college classes (for an IT degree) and I've been focusing on that more. When I'm not doing that, and If I play games I'm usually playing other games that I just can't really record and stream at once (No Man's Sky is 1 of them). FPS in the game just drops randomly because the game still isn't optimized the best. 1 of these days I want to build a 2nd computer that is dedicated to recording/streaming. I will someday go back and record more L4D2 videos. It's just on my "Plan to Do" list. I will also GREATLY increase the bit-rate quality when I re-encode the videos. This video (Dead Air) I only gave 8,000 bitrate and the Crash Course one 16,000. But looking back at older videos (Hard Rain), that video had 23,000. So rest assured I will be making more L4D2 videos, just it might be a little bit. They, however, will be clearer quality as I will be testing out my settings and probably go to like 20 to 40,000. At this point, I don't care if the final video is 3 to 6 GB. My HL2 video (One Free Bullet) was 20,000, granted it was on weaker hardware.
Sorry, but many of those F2P games don't interest me. I've been playing various games on my steam backlog and some Minecraft but nothing else because I'm focusing on school (College Student Full Time).
1st, they are bots. 2nd, you obviously do NOT understand the CUSTOM MUTATION Tank Attack. There is no "stopping to help". You HAVE to rush. EXACT Same principle used in the TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANK vs mutation. With up to 8 tanks that will go after you, AND the tank AI was changed over the years that once a survivor is incapped, they will ignore them and go right for whoever is still up.
Due to the new Chapters features, I'll put Timestamps in my videos (already in the description):

The funny thing is that the Tank gave you a boost to the second saferoom. Lol

Smart. Never thought of that to be honest.
What's the mod that make you see who killed the tank?
I think original
I'm pretty sure it's apart of the game.
It always says who killed the Special infected or Tank, whether it was a human player or a bot.
So crisp
Yeah, but I think there is some room for improvement.

Angery Destroyer i
12:49 WTH? Why the hand like that???? Are you using force from star wars? XD
No it's when you point at an object for the team, sometimes it freezes up the animation till you do an action
* Uses the Force *
How did you get those 999 ammo??

Haha that's what you get for not helping your teammates in all your left4 dead vids and Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
