I’m new to this and found this video very useful. I didn’t know either what to do or how to get to things. It’s like wanting to learn the piano but no one wants to help you. Meta really ought to have made an easy step by step tutorial video. And this is basically what you have done for which I offer thanks.

Sorry for such a late reply. I was on Vacation. Glad you found it helpful. always mess around with settings. most games by default are not set correctly for people with Gaming Experience. Settings are set mostly for beginners.
Hey. Thanks for the guide. To be honest I do not have a clue how to use Horizon worlds, just used to aimlessly walk around. I am now less clueless after this video. I was wondering if it is possible to import a world that we have designed using 3D software? Or can you only design worlds within the meta quest headset?
Sorry for such a late reply. Got lost in so mnay of them for other games. When it comes to Worlds I am not experiened at as I mentioned on the video to seek RUclips Tutorials for that. I would love to also Creat a World one day for sure.

i just started horizon worlds never spoke to anyone in vr before i jumped into my first game and yup got jumped on by a bunch of kids within 3 mins lol

@@HZGamingVR i will, thanks im not usually up that early in the morning.my thoughts on my first HW experience was that it was all a bit too cartoonish, i understand, that but its also filled with hyperactive infants other than the first 2 kids that ran up to me showing me what to do in a fishing game i went to several different worlds without interacting with anyone, then went to bed too stoned to continue playing. if they make it a bit more adulty looking like ready player one i may return but other than that i will just stick to my single player VR games.
I realy like playing it and i realy want it to upgrade and it has been my favourite game in vr and no game is better than horizon world 😊
That is true. Endless things to do in Horizon Worlds. I also find the most Gaming Friends there. 18+ Bars are awesome on weekends after 10pm. I love it! :)
So I am brand new to the Meta Quest three and when I click on go home there’s nothing there so how do I get a Home for myself
Hello. Everything should be the same as in the video if you are in the correct place. You are most likely not launched Meta Horizons yet. Do that first. Once you Launch Meta Horizons App you will see everything you see on the Video.
The home is no longer available when you click the home icon. Instead, you have do a seach for "home" the fisrt result will be your avatar's home
i have an attractive avatar in horizon worlds i dont need to see myself in vr, ive been on a couple of months and went into a black club last week was looking around for 2 mins then got kicked out for 24hrs went into a mostly white bar today looked around for about 2 mins saying nothing to nobody then i get kicked out for 7 days, wtf if you are new and shy in horizon worlds expect some plank to kick you out for nothing.
If you get kicked out for how you look then your character most be insanely disappropriate. Keep it honest. Nobody gets kicked out for no reason. I am not going to believe that. You know why you got kicked out...

the women spent so much time making their avators look just like them that when an attractive avatar turned up they thought my avatar was a representation of me and probably felt insecure and voted me out is all i can think of because i spoke to no one and was just going round the rooms looking at the cool stuff for all of a few minutes.
