@@ManCaverTools yea when you held the impact driver up at the end the batteries did look really big...I bet they’ll be great for those larger tools tho...excited to see the videos you make wit them
That impact has the 170 size battery in it which is like 3 times the size of the 55, and not recommended with the impact, but For larger tools. With the 55 in it it’s perfect. The 85 is the next step up and that’s a little large in my opinion but not terrible.
Wow!!!!! That’s awesome. Congratulations. Will be great to see the reviews/tests! I’m thinking you are going to have to get some more peg board and pegs for all the tools! 🤣👍🏻
Received the impact wrench and driver, recip saw, drill, 6 inch grinder, 7 1/4 circ saw, batteries and charger this week and man they are amaaaazing in person!! Gotta say the batteries are huge, but wow!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Side-bar comment from Hilti employee here - for most of those tools, the number in the name, like the SIW 8, is on a scale of 1-10. 10 being the most heavy duty and 1 being light duty. So a TE 4 and a TE 6 compare in one being a bit more powerful that the other.
@@jpbiscaro8694 I've been wanting a Hilti tool for a while I got to tell you if you love grinders the flex angle grinder with variable speed adjustment is so good!!!
Bro I thought getting the FLEX line would be cool but I would much rather Hilti. Can't wait to see these tools in action. I figured you would get huked up since you have been talking with them for a while now.
I love Hilti tools. Top quality rgt thereee!! Let's really hope the new battery system performs. Because instead of doing what every other tool manufacturer does, getting more compact and small, Hilti went nuts. Cause those batteries sure are bulky!!! Good score on those tools 👍👍
What a haul, I'm very much looking forward to the testing of these tools. Let's see how Milwaukee compares to Hilti. If you ever get tired of any of those Hilti tools I can give them a good home.
7:48 as a everyday user of my Milwaukee impact drivers (m18 & m12 reg & surge) I’ll admit, that hilti impact is smooth and nice👍🏻, and that light is awesome and when went back to my Milwaukee’s…..I admit 100%, miss the ring light 😰.
I am not or have never been a hilti guy. These tools look great if a pallet like that showed up I think I would be a Hilti guy. Their neuron tech looks impressive
That is honestly way better than any Christmas morning. A good test for hammerdrills is granite. You could probably get a piece of it from a landscaping place for $75-100 and it would be big enough for 100+ holes. Test the skilsaws on timed rips lengthwise through PT. Explain cut depth, bevel range, dust control, etc. Could test battery life with the vacuums. Maybe even send the 1/2" impact wrenches to TTC. Good stuff man. Congratulations.
I can officially answer your question. Compared to say a corded Nilfisk or Festool, you will get about the same dust collection on SDS, cross cuts, and general dust. Bigger stuff may clog because of their dumb design where there’s two right angles before you get to the bag. 140 CFM…buuuut… the water lift and KPA/PSI are about 33% less. So, cleaning with it you won’t get as good as results. With tube extensions and whatnot, you will definitely notice it doesn’t compete with corded. That said, it’s way better than most of the other cordless dust extractors / shop vacs out there. You’ll need an adaptor for the Festool/Bosch stuff. Seems to fit my Mafell and Fein stuff. Makita always requires a million different adaptors.
