Then one day I sat down and wrote one page script of Hopponopono . I wrote i am sorry and exactly why i am sorry many reasons please forgive me i love you exactly why i love you many reasons and thank you many reasons why i thank you. Post which i wrote 10-20 times just the hoppononpono prayer. It felt light after writing it. Every night i made sure i read that script i used to feel anxious after reading it but i never gave up. Took complete responsibility. It took two weeks for me before i lost my anxiety and I didn’t care about her my anger was lost . Three weeks later i met her and she hugged me loved me while earlier the case used to be she taunted me cursed me. To be honest i am still doing the prayer regularly as i want to completely cleanse the relationship but a lot of things are already resolved pain is already gone. Hope this helps you.
