    So it’s not sized incorrectly. After a point your ears are going to naturally stretch over time. Since you said you had the 7/16 in for 3 months, in that time your ears probably just naturally stretched to the next size. That’s called dead stretching. It’s actually the safest way to stretch. I use glass plugs and let my ears stretch naturally. This is how stretching for me goes every time. Zero pain and super healthy ears!

      I just sized up to 7/16 about how long should I keep em in before I size up to 1/2 ?? 3 months or less ?

    • @Clankillas
      @Clankillas 3 года назад

      That is a big fat lie what you just said. Your ears do not automatically resize especially positively. If anything your ears will shrink if you don’t keep anything in them. It’s called gauging for a reason and that’s because your earlobe still open on their own, you have to force them to get bigger. Stop lying about stretches automatically getting bigger! Your perturbed.

      @@Clankillas they’re right though. If you have jewelry in your ear then they are natural going to stretch a bit over time because of the weight. Dead stretching is an actual thing. They didn’t say your ears will stretch with nothing in them. You literally changed what they said and then called them a liar.

      @@Clankillas What that person said is true. I dead stretch as well. I will use some heavy stone single flare plugs tp help with stretching process. The weight will make my holes stretc, I just buy next size and usually goes right in after about a month lol

    You dead stretched!!! That just means that you waited for your ears to naturally stretch big enough forn another size instead of forcing it. Much healthier than tapers and wayyyy less likely to blowout!!

    i'm at a 00g and have been fluctuating back and forth to this size for about 4 years now. recently i decided that i want to stretch to 7/16 but it's really hard finding cute plus and tunnels in that size!! so now i'm considering making 1/2 inch my goal. that size looks perfect on you!!!

      @kaseylauren1596  4 года назад +2

    That happened to me. I went from 7/16 to 1/2 inch. I was wearing hollow stainless steels.
    I went and bought 1/2 inch hollows. Thought I was going to have that wonderful stretch-pain.
    Nada. Went right in. (To be fair, was wearing 7/16 for almost a year 😅)

  • @walkingcorpse1224

    Nah, after 00, the size differences become 1 mm, before the size differences were about 2 mm, and they do this because then the stretches become more and more serious to where you can tear your ear lobe. But that's okay, three months, you should be able to stretch your ears comfortably, I always waited only a month, but yeah, I mean, I've had 1/2 inch plugs for like a few years now, and they just fall out sometimes when I sleep or when I'm just fiddling with them too much and that's fine. I've chosen to stay at a half inch until' I'm like sixty where then I plan to stretch up to a full inch just because I wanna have that ancient wise man look.

    Went from 00 to 7/16 today. I mentally prepared myself thinking it was going to suck, but it was super easy and uneventful 😂. I’ve let them close up and resize up multiple times, I feel like that made my ears super stretchy.

    I have had my gauges for about 3 years at 7/16 they are scarred cause I was pushing it a little too fast but I need honest opinions if I use tapers you think my ears will turn out okay? Like obviously they’ll still be scarred but I don’t wanna have a blow out is all

    • @kaseylauren1596

    Luck this is why they’re called gauges because they precisely designed and you can visibly tell the difference between sizes because they jump in to size increments. Whatever you bought it’s the same size as your current stretch size! So either you got shipped by Amazon or you jumped sizes and didn’t know what size you got last time when you stretch
