It’s so bittersweet. This game was good. No, it was great. This deserved a bloxy. The fast-paced gameplay, the crisp and recognizeable sound design, the charming artstyle, and the music, oh, the music. I think that might he the game’s best part. How do you _ever_ top the utterly crushing feeling when Ritaskull’s theme sweeps over the small island? The tension that builds up during the bridge section of Whip On? The curiosity morphing into dread as you progress the backrooms while listening to You Can’t Hide? How do you _ever_ recreate the bliss of Birdie? This game could have been fixed. If LSplash just made high-level lobbies, this game qould have been so much more forgiving for newer players. I just wish this game got what it deserved.
