Using magnus ex since September 2023.using for 7 months.. Worst service ever😢 High mode maximum mileage 65km/full charge. Kayattam keran nalla padanu. Break idayk complaint avunnund. After subsidy rate 1,17,000₹ (go for it only if you have limited distance to travel on)
True it's the worse ev I have ever seen
Same worst ev scooty still I'm using completed 17k kms in 1.5 yrs . Poor build quality breaks sound will come and also they used very cheap quality tyres I have changed back tyre within 3 months because of tyre bulg.And now after changing type also and bulg came again to both tyres and front mud guard also broken .plz don't buy it.

Great work by Ampere for retaining traditional scooty design.... I was really sick of the so called 'futuristic EV scooty design'😑... Please companies for God sake retain the traditional scooty design 🙏🙏

Ampere Magnus electric scooter has been nothing but a headache from the moment I purchased it. First off, let's talk about the charger. Yes, it comes with a supposed 5-year warranty, but guess what? Mine decided to kick the bucket after just 2 years of use. No big deal, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my warranty for the charger, the company had the audacity to blame it on water damage!
Now, here's the kicker - there was absolutely no water damage to be found by the dealer where I submitted my charger for warranty claim. But oh no, Ampere wants to play the blame game and avoid their responsibilities. It's been over a month now since I submitted my charger, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Zilch. Nada.
Not only have I not received a backup charger during this time, but the supposed "repaired" charger they sent back was also conveniently labeled as water damaged. What a load of rubbish! It's clear that Ampere doesn't stand by their warranty claims and would rather fabricate excuses than provide decent customer service.
Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of the Ampere Magnus electric scooter. It's not worth the headache, frustration, and false promises.

Aur company ko fast charger thoda kam price dena chahiye fast charger is important. Y , yaar 4 to 5, 6hrs charging time waste in emergency situations... And normal mein 40 to 60tak speed high mein 80 to 100 tak speed dena chahiye company ko... And according to modes mileage, I mean range should be atleast 150... Indicator sound and riding sound should be given it's our wish to use or not. But it should be there in all electric vehicles.. and comfort should be more than petrol vehicles, but atleast like petrol vehicles comfort have to give companies.

I beleive we should make standard battery sizes so that any brand EV vehicle can swap it from the nearest battery exchange point , this is the best and reliable method, cost affective and we don't have to waste time in charging or resist to charging problem and continue long distance journeys, with non removable batteries you can't even swap it if somebody stuck in the middle of the road, with battery swaping we can go to the freind and give him the recharged battery, who knows may be RSA will provided recharged batteries to the location. It will take time, Also heard HONDA and Vida are working on this battery swapping infrastructure. But still different configurations and joint ventures need to be made for standard battery, huge co-ordination needed from Indian companies and engineers.
And then what about the warranty applicable ?

I am using this ev last 3 months motor burn 2 times and 68 km range very bad range and customer service not working ampere care app. Not working 10 din ho gye h abhi tak koi response nhi h motor burn h
Government has canceled the subsidies of okinawa, hero electric, Tunwal ,benling, okaya etc and banned them from Fame 2 after Raids by DRI found that these companies were importing all components through indirect routes and were violating 75% localisation rule of Fame 2 ,
Only Vida by hero motocorp, Bajaj ,Tvs ,Ather ,Simple energy, Ola etc are now eligible for FAME 2

Also ampere is also rebranded product but not sure if its actually Made in India under license or just Assembled like okinawa, hero electric, benling etc did

Just brought an okaya faast f4. Range riding at 50 to 60 kms is around 140 kms. Very smooth.
Comfort wise the showroom guy threw me a free custom rider footrest right in front of the underfloor battery... feels like a cruiser 😂

Genuine review-
1)Completed 8000km in 1.5yrs...
2) Range is not more than 60kms (including both modes)..
3) Low pickup (cannot overtake)
4)Seat position sucks , not good for those who are above 5.5ft height....
I have magnus ex...bought it in February 2022... It has run 2800kms till date...Not a single problem occured within this 7-8 months...but switch quality is low....
Also their app is absolutely unusable....

Why every company takes an average of 100kms range for consumers, my total up and down range is 100kms everyday and i need at least 150kms range but then they are selling them at very high price, i like the battery swapping technology but the range should be atleast 150 and price should be at 1lakh not above.
Not possible... Battery is costly.. Ola S1 pro is good for 135km range... If driven conservatively under 50kmph 150km range easily achievable

@@Amit-osho riding from 8 months on really bad roads too... No problems at all... You can get 5 years extended warranty on ola s1 for peace of mind. Service is great too. After complaint they come home and fix any problem within 2 days

I m suffering last 30 day's due to battery problems also don't know when I will get my scooty from dealer also mother co also don't get any reponse since 30 days as well as dealer where my paper service all are maintain very properly, so before purchasing thinks 💯 times

Do not buy ampere electric scooter. Very poor after sales service. Agar apka koi part kharab ho gaya hai to fir apko 7 se 30 din apka scooter service centre me chorna padta hai. Experienced myself.

I run this stuff almost 15000 km and 1year 8 month completed.
Cons : Poor build quality, poor welding, poor plastic quality, button is too poor, poor braking, max speed only 50 kmph, full charging k baad 80 km hi chalti hai wo bhi last me speed bahut down ho jati hai, charger also not work sometime...

Do not buy this scooter! Saying from first hand experience. Purchased the scooter in March 2022 and it has only been used for 3-4 months. Rest months it has been having issues with charger and battery. Service centre is absolutely unhelpful.
