This might shed some light on the mysterious player you encountered at the end of the video. If the game is indeed a multi-player server labeled as "Single player," having no internet connection will tell if the player is a real player on a server or just an entity coded into the game.

This is because it doesn't actually do a lot of things, I have a survival world in Alpha 0.0.0 and I have played a lot of this game, the only thing this "Glitch" mob does is randomly teleport every 5-8 seconds, and if you are near it, it will look at you and dissapear. The signs that are placed are just randomly generated. The game takes a random location to place it, and it has 2 or 3 possible things the sign can say. The bedrock pillars and crosses work the same, A random number from 4 to 8 is generated which is how many pillars are placed, and the group of pillars takes a random location to be placed in. The crosses sometimes rarely appear in groups of 2, but most of the time they are just randomly placed. Theres nothing too intresting about 0.0.0, it may seem smart, but actually its just a fake AI that is programmed.

For some reason, the moment we see the player figure at the end is the least scary part for me. It was almost more of a relief feeling. Before that point we hadn't seen what was causing the scary stuff to happen, which to me was more scary.

The reason why the creator behind this game can’t be found is because it might not even be a person, or 524 might be the developer hiding in their own game. Player 524 is a glitch, but what if it’s being controlled by an AI, or an actual person behind a screen? Plus, what could have caused the appearance of the entity near the end?
This version reminds me of what i call the Teleporter ARG, a guy named JohnGameLover messes with teleporters and accidentally enters something he shouldn’t have messed with.
I also remember a minecraft version like this, except, its a pirated version, which if you keep playing, theres this black humanoid, who keeps stalking you and in the end, he'd jumpscare you. the black humanoid looks like on one of those images in creepy pastas, idk if its true or not.

I tried to find it again but I never did see it but I always was creeped out to where I put torches anywhere to illuminate dark areas.
