Sir, I am in a confusion with the following: 1. During the tenure of deputation from the State Government to the Central Government, the employee is promoted to a higher post and his basic pay is fixed at Rs.52000 (DA 10%) in the parent department due to promotion and communicated the same to the borrowing department. The present basic pay in the borrowing department is Rs. 50500 (DA 50%) under Level: 8. 2. Now what will be basic pay in the borrowing department i.e. Central Government? (A) Rs.50500, as the total emolument (with DA of 50%) is higher than that of the State Government. So, no change in basic pay. OR (B) the revised basic pay in the Central Government will be Rs.52000 with DA of 50%. 3. Whether a State Government employee who is on deputation in the Central Government is eligible for the Leave Encashment Salary of 10 days along with Leave Travel Concession. With reference to Rule 2(1) of CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 allows State Government Employees, on deputation with the Central Government, to be eligible for the LTC with some conditions. Further, Rule 15 of CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 clarifies that the 5th Pay Commission has recommended that all the employees may be permitted to encash 10 days earned leave at the time of availing of LTC, subject to some condition. Does "...all the employees ..." include a State Government employee who is on deputation in the Central Government or the employee of the Central Government only.
Sir, i need to apply for junior superintendent in IISER Berhampur advt on 17th January. As i work as a lecturer in a non governmental aided degree college, do i need to upload NOC cum EXPERIENCE cum VIGILANCE certificate as given in the advertisement? My college says they can't provide that kind of prescribed certificate. What should I do? Please help sir.
