Replacing The Brake Wear Sensor On My BMW!!

The final piece of the puzzle for the back brakes on my BMW comes in the for of a Brake wear sensor.
A fairly straightforward job replacing the sensor, ideally it would be best to do to replace whilst replacing the brake pads but this is a journey we are on and learning as we go!

When doing brakes on BMWs always change the sensors even if it looks fine.

Top video - you actually showed where the sensor goes on the pads horay👍 (but for me anything I replace is OEM from BMW in every case).

.... you do know this is a generic part bmw does not make these no matter what the dealer says lol. It's like saying bmw made your tires

Yeah of course I know BMW does not literaly make the part themselves. I know they’re made by various manufacturers around the world.
