      John Black Exactly. Think it's an oversight on their part. To be so detailed on this type of info... Only to have the screaming couch distract and delete what you take in, second by second 🤤. Color Psychology at work.

    This is more relevant to digital marketing, specifically how to use digital channels to engage the consumers. This is a more narrow view. Digital channel is just one of the channels, in addition to the more traditional one. The fundamental is still the same, nothing special about it. Research on the market and understand your customers and figure out what message you want to convey and tailor it to the digital channel just as you would tailor it with a TV or radio or print media in the past. Marketing fundamental still doesn't change just because there is now something called digital channels - get the consumer insights and engage them at the emotional level, whatever the channel is.

    Very basic waffle ...could have dealt a little deeper into the subject instead of just going around in circles and repeating the message...could have been better prepared
