I took a course with someone and I just put myself in debt trying to buy all the programs and subscriptions
glad to see so many others to eager and ambitious to get into the wholesale and RE field as a whole , looking to close my first 3 deals next month closing a minimum of 15k-30k per deal ! Not bragging just showing everyone it’s possible i only started a few weeks ago but i’ve been learning for about a month n a half

The money sounds great but always remember, for every deal you make ($10,000) taxes have to be paid. You don't walk away with the Whole $10,000.

🌟 Read rich dad poor dad.
🌟Learned what an asset vs liability was.
🌟Learned that rich folks use their money to buy assets.
🌟Was introduced to the idea of real estate investing (rental income specifically) .
🌟Went on google after reading the book! Went to RUclips university. Learned that wholesaling is a way to make coin if you don’t have the $$$ to purchase a rental property.
Started cold calling, got frustrated & gave up. Lot of Nos. Moral of the story; if you believe in it… keep going. 😆

By the time it is packaged into courses and presented to the herd via social media, it is too late. When will ppl realize that nobody develops courses unless the courses themselves would generate more money than the actual business thats being promoted. I started wholesaling 10 yrs ago, nowadays the industry has become saturated with individuals looking to get rich quick only to realize that it is far more work than expected. Stay away if you cannot handle constant rejection, threats, and being cursed out on a daily basis. Everything about wholesaling is readily available and can easily be found online for free. If you dont have the discipline, focus, and motivation to research and learn it on your own, then you are bound to fail at the business.

I wanted to get in to wholesaling 10 years ago, but despite me knowing everything I knew, I allowed ppl who had zero knowledge of real estate talk me out of myself smh. I’m currently gearing up to hire a VA for another biz, so when she broke down her process for hiring, that was my turning point. I’m a licensed inactive realtor and have been looking for an in back in to real estate investing. My consultation has been scheduled for tomoro. When will the follow up live be and on what platform?

How do you know if there’s an internal rehab process that needs to be done. If there’s plumbing, electrical or roofing issues, which are normally the biggest cost when purchasing property. Is there someone that does that for you. The city I’m from a person is required to get a license contractor to update the work on the property. How does that play out in wholesale.

Thats what i would do.Get the lump sum 6 figures or more and bounce.This is not the highest asset class and requires too much baby sitting work, checking, searching and even overseeing.Theres a better way.

My husband is a licensed agent in CA. The market is already insane and wholesalers are an absolute nightmare for agents out here. Most of them pose as investors and aren’t transparent. Then if they can’t get an end buyer they back out of the deals leaving the buying & selling agents in a bad position. Not mad at the hustle but if you do this, please be completely transparent with the agents you work with.
Yes, this is happening everywhere. At first they would hold up the deal by transferring the business name right b4 close. We put a stop to that. I don’t know why they want to work with agents and on market properties. I wish that was a question!
She seems very transparent. And very honest. Anyone who is passionate about it should do it, no one should ever slow down, so that someone can catch up.
