@linemat7887 tbh im crushing well rolled and corrupted t15s with the defensive version of this build on a 3 div budget. This build is dirt cheap for what it does. The fact that it has amazing clearspeed, defense, bossing, and no appreciable ceiling is insane for how cheap it is to get going. I'd just have an alt handy to play for when the devs get back in January
You can use your bow and quiver to race the maps. It's a lot of fun and fast. This increases the projectile's flight speed by 300% and gives you a +6-7 gem level for projectiles. (Widowhail, 300% proj speed is very fun)
I hope when GGG watches all of these videos, they realize that lightning conduit is what is truly overpowered, especially in conjunction with cast on shock. I hope when they realize this, they nerf lightning conduit into the ground, and not Archmage. Archmage some slight tuning down, but this showcases how insane lightning conduit scale is. The reason I say this, is because the people without overpowered gear will never reach anything near this, and without archmage sorc is pretty bland
@@Davidbruun Delusional because I understand simple math, yup. Look at lightning Conduit's tooltip, then look at the shock value these guys are scaling. Then multiply by 2 because they have 2 shocks on due to archmage ascendency. I'll do some math for ya. This guy's shock magnitude was 53%. It's increments of 5. That's 10 stacks from 1 shock. Then 10 stacks from another. Lightning Conduit does 100% MORE damage per 5% shock. 20 x 100. 2000% MORE damage from lightning conduit. But yeah, archmage is too powerful LOL nerf archmage and lightning conduit is still doing absurd damage. The guy who started this lightning conduit 1 shot is at 140m from ONE conduit. Nerd archmage and it's still doing entirely too much. Hope this helps!

Me: Wondering how to take my DPS from 100k to 200k CaptLance: As you can see, damage is meaningless, there is nothing faster, this is, the speed of light.
I've been inspired by your spark build and turned it into an arc build, but I'm having a hard time transitioning into eldritch battery + mom. My damage goes up a lot, but I feel much squishier due to my ES going down and not gaining enough extra mana to compensate. I feel like I need a higher mana pool to have enough sustain to cast with archmage while taking some hits. Any advice for living with eldritch battery? In particular, ritual and breaches feel difficult.
Aweomse build! I was looking over your tree and was curious about the true strike and for the jugular area for crit. not sure if it was intentional for the dex ot the gem, but doesn't the crit and crit chance apply to physical not spell?
Have you tried the build with Alpha's Howl? It gives 100 spirit, it has requirements of 117 dexterity, and you lose a bit of mana and ES, but I think it is generally cheaper to get the attributes, and you can keep Everlasting Gaze.
You saved my league with the spark build. I'm popping off in T14s now and i cant wait to push it as far as i can, since my first build was a failure. I wont be going with this setup since i think its the prime nerf target, and i value the defences and balance of my character, but looks really fun to play, good job!
As someone who hasn’t played poe2 yet cast on ailment setups look very vulnerable to running into a wall before min max gear considering ailment thresholds. Any experience with that?
Could Invoker possibly be better with this build? Spirit stacking ability vs arcane surge bonuses. Beginning to think stormweaver isn’t necessarily the best ascendancy for spark.
Would love to dabble with this different versions you've sent out but basic upgrades are so expensive and I feel like I am not generating much currency. Still, build is a lot of fun.
I’m pretty sure they made considered casting not work on trigger skills (seems to only be meta triggered skills) so it probably does nothing for conduit

Lightning conduit dmg is bugged atm the shocks it uses to increase its damage have wrong calculation its already reported for multiple days but GGG is on holidays so we blast and abuse as long as we can :D
Im playing the ES version right now and i cant imagine trying this except maybe right before im done with the character. Im absolutely breezing through 4 mod "double" corrupted t15s right now and ive only got 3 div invested into gear.
Already nodded my head the second you started with "is it annoying for anyone else?"... Yes, very annoying and super weird that their invincible that first second or so
that 100% damage per 5% of shock is MASSIVE. people don't realize, damage is doubling per 5%, and you're stacking two shocks. If anything, i don't think this will be a nerf to archmage, this may possibly be a nerf to lightning conduit. You can see it hitting the bosses and just nuking them. I believe when you get past 50-60k(before sigil) tooltip, it's just becoming pointless.
I think GGG might be out of office for holidays so may be a bit before the nerfs come, but when they do we will adapt character and update based on what they change.
I wish you showed your cast on shock icon while mapping, in my experience, even against bosses it is very underwhelming in how frequently it pops. Would love to see how fast yours is ramping to proc. I can't tell if your build would be deleting it all regardless of the cast on effect, but for me it has been pretty mediocre.
@ yeah i figured, but i guarantee you most people watching this video cant afford that shield with high % modifiers and an extra corrupted socket. so the cheapest option would be to replace their block shield or focus with a sceptre. i think the everlasting gaze and a high ES body armour is both much more cost efficient.
It can work out probably. This will allow to keep most of the current spark gear, and scepters can roll with high int/mana/manareg values, so they will at least give some stats. This would be handy if you could keep spark build and just swap to sceptre for the boss fight
How...how can anybody even get CLOSE to this gear? I feel like POE 2 is Capitalism, The Game. It doesn't matter how many Tier 7 maps I run, I'm simply never going to be able to afford even 1 of these pieces of gear. It's like trying to buy a yacht with a 50k a year job.
Yeah the spawning mob of Delirium is anoying... being pull back, and not be able to kill them or target them, the most annoying thing in mapping... after body block.
This kind of prices and amount of currencies/stuff in stashes makes me, the casual, want to stop playing. What the hell is this playtime to reach this level ? It's almost disgusting x) I know it's like less than 1% of players but damn this is depressing.
the planner includes leveling progression as well as earlier gear sets & the note section include trade searches where yo only need to adjust weighting on filter section to calibrate it for level of gear you need/can afford. Working on a full guide writeup currently
@@CaptainLance9 Honestly thought it was a little rough on the tree nodes choosing at around lvl 65-70~ cause I wanted to keep the shield block nodes, but once I got the spark chain nodes and the dmg buff from mana on top right, with around 2k mana and archmage, the enemies are mostly one-shot/too easy in early maps. The only issue now seems to be the low mana regen. Can't really spec into MoM with low mana regen. I will say this however the maxroll early/midgame gear, feels more like "80lvl gear". Not really early stuff. And inflation in the server has made everything expensive right now. PS: When do divs even drop? never seen any.
"And the gameplay, I got to be honest... it's almost kind of... Can you put in your faq lightning rod vs frazzeled. Which is better for damage ? Frazzeled is obviously much cheaper tho
Im also curious on this one. I guess if we go high crit chance (>30%crit chance on spark), frazzled would be better.
All you have left to get is the unique health flask from expedition so you can get a pseudo-energy shield when things get dicey.
