I been searching the internet but cannot find any info to answer this question of mine: the max length tee we can use is 4 inches… this is correct? Are we allowed to use a piece of turf or (virtually anything) to elevate our tee to make it higher off the ground??? So if we wanted our ball to be 5-6 inches off the ground…are we allowed to place our tee (connect) on top of a shorter tee… or on top of a piece of turf or clump of mud or (anything)… would this be legal??? Especially in a tournament play? Great video… Thank You ⛳️ 🏌️♂️
Are there cases one can tee-off with another group still in the same hole but at a safe or should one always wait? And if there are exceptions, is any communication required (I suppose other group will be far and wont see it anyway)... Thanks!
Hi Richard, It depends which arm you are talking about, but I assume that it is your right arm as right handed player? If you hit the ground with a too steep angle of attack before you hit the ball and you are gripping the club too tight, it will have a serious effect on your arm , elbow or wrist! Do you slice a lot ? That means that you are swinging out to in and that could be the reason why you attack the ball with a too steep angle. Mind you, if your arms are soft and your grip is soft, you will have less tension on your muscles and therefore you will get rid of the pain.
Interesting video, thanks Tom, I’m just wondering, is it allowed to have a beer on the first tee-box? And on the second? And purely hypothetical, also on the third 😀

Did you know all these do's and don'ts?
The practice shot I didn’t know about. I eat up par 3 boxes before the real shot.

I also didn’t know about the practice shot vs practice swing. Thanks, Tom
You're welcome Paul!
No such rule
Absolute rubbish you can hit the ground , also you can lie a club down as long as you remove it before you actually take your shot

Incoming drone at 4:07 ;-). Good to know about practise shots, didn't know that tbh!
Thanks Xavier!
Hi Tom, how to avoid having golfer's elbows? thanks

@@Weplaygolf Yes, my right arm. As you said, might be my outside-in swing which causes the pain, and the slice. Really appreciate your reply.

Yes, if you have a good caddie to drive you home!
Tom
Please demonstrate your method of removing chicken wing to help high handicappers. Thanks
Paul
Hi Paul,
We made a video about fixing the chicken wing. Check it out: ruclips.net/video/yhKbVsLERBI/видео.html
Thanks, Tom
Very informative
Also be aware of low flying drones on the tee box :)
YES!!! Is that allowed??
Don't lecture us. America invented golf, we know how the rules work.
I'm certain that America did not invent golf
We certainly did. President Ben Franklin declared it the national passtime in the late 15th century. You can look that up.
