Wow! then you should have stayed a bit longer and enjoy. Actually when I reached there it was raining . Once rain stopped, lakhe were on the street. They performed and dance on their own traditional music .They took a single round of stupa and went. Even securities were blowing whistle and asking people not to gather.
It's also good idea to avoid gatherings in this situation.
