"Dirty Gerty" Gertrude Vaughns was A Prostitute in the local Chicago area after a long time client from Sex Records Milford Jewishberg gave her a deal with Sex Records for a recording session this was that session. The song was banned everywhere, except in the US but Gerty had to sings the lyrics "Up the Shitter" instead of "Up My Shitter" reluctantly she agreed but that is why the on the album cover says differently from the song Title its self. Hey Sex records is not going to do reprints of the cover, alright. Fuck That. We aren't made out of money. You want to give us money? Then we will change it.
    [Verse 1]
    C'mon now you assholes
This is what you are here for
    Aren't you
Get your privates saluting to my big boobies and
    When I bend over
You all better stand at attention for my Round booty
Now we are going to get this party started fellas
    [Hook]
Blast me up the shitter tonight
Double pork your sausages in my rump That's right
I can swallow and spit but I won't bite Unless you'd like
C'mon boys blast me up the shitter Tonight
    [Verse 2]
    Oh yeeesss
I can warm up your onions
Yours are as big as Paul Bunyan's
Shove in your carrots and celery we are merrily throwing in
I the ho potatoes with my girls Basil and Rosemary
We have Thyme to fuck in this stew's secret Sause
    (shoot it in my mouth)
    [Chorus]
Blast me up the shitter tonight
    Boys
Double pork your sausages in my rump ooouuu oh oh yeah that's right guys
I can swallow and spit but I won't bite Unless of course you'd like
C'mon boys blast me up the shitter tonight

Crude humor is very hard to handle but when used very much intentionally in concert with comically good talent, like the level of care in recreating the genre, it's an entirely different ballpark. the difference between toilet humor vs surrealist humor so surreal it seems like quality comedy in toilet.

We here at Sex Records always felt she could have been a huge star but those were the times back then, simple words spoken sung or even thought can completely end a career back then. Thank God that would never possibly happen today. But now with this thing called the "Internets" "The RUclipss" new fans like yourself can appreciate a forgotten artist like Gertrude Vaughns. and you know what. Thank You!

I haven't heard this in years. My grandfather told me about Dirty Gerty. Fun fact, this record was only banned in 48 states. For whatever reason, it was still allowed to be played in New Mexico and Delaware. When I was older, I learned that Dirty Gerty might be my paternal grandmother. Apparently she had 14 kids and by age 60 she was nearly 380 pounds.

I wish I still lived back home. I would get my grandma’s iPhone while she was in the tub and change her ringtone to this. She is very old, so it takes her around 15 seconds to answer. I’d then call her when she was at her weekly pinochle game with her friends. How funny would that be? A bunch of very old ladies playing pinochle… my proper grandma who thinks she is upper crust… and her phone rings and says “SHOOT IT IN MY MOUTH!”. She would freak the fuck out! Would be so worth it!
