sis,i have gone through the same situation just like you,,,in my case,the exam is national level and it is conducted once a year,,,i was suffering from chronic depression,acute loneliness and burnouts ,,,i now have this regretful feeling that i could do better if i was mentally a little better,,,anyway,it's now past. I am trying my best to look forward and take care of my innerself...thank you for sharing your lowest points of your life,,,make us believe that we're not alone. Everyone suffers in their life and that's ok. just face it,take the lesson from it and move on.♥

I recently got into your videos and I really wanna talk about what you said in the last part of this video.
I have my neet exam tomorrow but I'm heavily underprepared fearing what's going to happen. Not only it is my first attempt but it is also my one precious years. I started pretty confidently but 3 months before I somehow got burnout and could hardly study anything. I'm now trying to cram everything in as much as possible and I've let the situation into god's hands. With all the personal, family and mental problems it has become very hard for me to concentrate. I'm heavily disappointed in myself and I'm also getting negative thoughts. Seriously hoping I'd get back in form and become the old me who used to work very hard....
I always watch ur videos in the morning to keep myself motivated for the rest of the day❤❤
i have anxiety but due to late night study sessions i had to take coffee so i frequent got panic attacks due to it affecting my health but ever since i had starting watching you videos it just makes so productive that just complete all my work during the daytime and my anxiety even got better but nvmd my coffee consumption is still the same T_T hope i will able to even control on that and survive this brutal world

Keep studying sister may your exams goes well take care yourself and stay healthy too. Although my exams are over but in the exams i studied 14 hours 😂 and due to less time i even skipped eating food which causes problems now cause i lost my weight from 44 kg to 37
