For a couple of days while they work on the "broken track" effect on Animal Kingdom's Expedition Everest Roller Coaster, the scenic element just before the backwards part is MISSING!!! And it looks like you are going to go right over the side of the mountain!!! AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!! Don't worry. I've been told it it needed some minor work and will be back in a couple of days. On a plus side... BIRD ON A STICK IS BACK!!!!

People the track is supposed to be broken for the ride! It’s supposed to be used for extra effect. I rode this. No need to worry about this. You’ll go backward no matter what.
The point isn't that the ride stops there. The point is that there's usually another set piece covering the ends of the track to make it look mangled, but it was removed for a short period to get touched up. This was recorded while that piece was gone.

Avery Belcher this video was taken when that bit of the ride was under construction. Normally, there *is* an extra attachment piece that shows a mangled, broken piece of track bending skywards, like it was torn apart. This video is showing what the ride looks like without that decorative piece while it was under construction. That's why it cuts off so suddenly and doesn't really look broken, but tbh it looks scarier this way to me, like you're more prone to just roll off the edge

It's cool how the coaster hugs the terrain. Nice to see a coaster where they put as much emphasize on sculpting the terrain too. More coasters should do this, at least, the ones that emphasize "mine train" etc.

The dark Latios Oh trust me ive had worse I was 7 (but I looked way older than I was and taller I got called a 13 year old alot at the time) and my dad decided it would be a great idea to take me on a ride from a park in England called fantasy land the ride was called Odyssey and it was super fast and had a bunch of loops and the worst part was my legs were dangling the whole damn time so I couldn't brace myself for the loops and upsidedown sections...

Waifu Laifu On certain rides, you just shouldn’t speak. (Such as Flight of Passage; while you _are_ enjoying yourself, nobody expects you to scream while you digitally plunge downwards. It’s _really_ annoying.) On other rides, however, such as this one, of course you can talk and yell and scream (just not to the point where it’s getting annoying, as if you’re a five year old child and this guy wasn’t doing that).
If you think about it, they were replacing the previously broken track with a not-broken track. ... then the Yeti broke the track again!
Omg I remember coming on w/ my dad, He said he would buy me a big jar of popcorn after. I hated it when the rails broke i cried. Then after we got on, We went on back like 7 times with flash pass. omfg i miss being a kid 😂😂💙💙

I'm going to Disney on a field trip next year and I can't wait to go on this ride! It's really fun and I would recommend it to anybody who hasn't gone on yet. It's not as scary as it seems guys!

When I did go on this ride, my brother yelled out, “We’re all gonna DIE!!!!” The lady next to us cracked up the whole ride.

People started a tradition where they let their hair down before going backwards.
The girls take their hair down when they are about to go backwards so their hair will get in their face to make it more fun. I have done it before and I saw my hairtie that I threw 3 years ago when I went back last month. It was cool

About 3 years ago me and my mom went on this ride and she promised my grandma that she wouldn't take me on this ride, and before I knew it, we were in the long line for Expedition Everest. When it got pitch black at 1:56, everyone else was screaming and having a fun time but me on the other hand, was not. I was as silent as can be. When the pictures were taken, everyone's hair was blowing in the wind, but mine was just like how it would be in a normal day! My face had no expression what so ever. When we got off the ride, I was if corse crying my eyes out and I called my grandma and told her what had happened. She asked to talk to my mom, my grandma yelled at her lol
