Recipe and ingredients:
1/2 cube of fresh yeast.
Add 4 tablespoons of warm milk, not hot!
1 teaspoon wholemeal flour.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Mix well until the yeast has dissolved.
Set aside for 4-5 minutes.
1 egg yolk.
1 teaspoon sweet almond oil.
1 teaspoon of natural honey.
Mix everything well.
Apply the mask to the face, neck and décolleté.
You can also apply it on your hands.
Wait for the first layer to dry and then apply the next.
After applying the 3 layer, leave the mask on for 20 minutes.
Finally wash off with lukewarm water.
Do a course of 2 weeks, applying the mask every other day.
Second recipe:
100 ml milk.
1 tablespoon instant yeast.
You can substitute 1/2 cube of fresh yeast.
Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Place on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add 15 drops of jojoba oil.
1 Vitamin A capsule.
Vitamin A (retinol) has scientifically proven anti-aging benefits and effectiveness!
Mix well.
The cream I am preparing is suitable for all skin types!
Apply this cream to the skin of the face and neck, as well as to the hands.
Apply this mixture to your skin at night before bed.
Massage and leave on for 25 minutes.
Then wash off with lukewarm water.

Be careful with the yeast . If you have sensitive skin with or without acnes , your face will be worse. I tried it when i was about 17 and i had allergic reaction. Then i tried it when i was about 35 when my skin was calmed down , i had the same reaction. I also tried dried yeast which worked fine , since then i have been using dried yeast
