All the bedrooms are a great size for this model to be a first floor home and the kitchen is awesome and I’m not a fan of the electric stovetop but the homes you show me are definitely changing my mind along with the beautiful backyard and Master Bedroom the loft blew me away..... Amazing home. Look at that backyard!🔥🙆🏻Big And stunning. Love this beautiful home. I think that a house of this size, should have a really big walk in pantry. The master bath is beyond perfect. Superb tour!! I think you should give some classes to other realtors. I think you're one of the few who shows pantry, closets and the backyard, etc. I like that you take time to show us details about the house you're showcasing. I was wondering when they finally do, and they have the garage space as the sales office, do they ever let you keep it as is versus converting it to a garage? Thanks! Also one of the best floor plans for a 1 story imo! loved the space by the 2 bedrooms. The more flex spaces the better!

Joe you do a beautiful job showing any home, as always. This is just my opinion. I am not into bedrooms being at the entrance of the home. I would hate to be the family member or the guests staying at the house and being offered the bedroom by the entrance of the home.
