@@HemelDownModelRailway no worries matey. I’ve found a couple of curved peco points too. One left and one right hand. I’ll Chuck those in to if you want them? Although they are curved, it only has the slightest of curves. I’m ok ish, got made redundant today so not great. But on the upside, I have found a new job to go into in a couple of weeks.
Coal merchants looking great. I bought a video light ulanzi VL49. Quite cheap and can be mounted on a little tripod. Your lighting looks super. Thanks for showing. Regards Paul.
Hi Mark That is a really great looking build, really good weathering on it too, all I would suggest is possibly a couple of lights under the roof canopy to illuminate the 'working area' a bit. Still a great model though. Thanks
Hi Peter, yeah I do intend to add some internal lighting too, definitely agree it needs it hopefully I can get the right ones still searching online for the right look, got some people arriving soon to populate it , hope your well
Hiya Mark Nice Job on coal merchants...only thing I would suggest is to work from back of layouts to the front ..as not to break any effort you have already done. Cheers Mark
Thank you Mark, yeah I bet it’s a busy time for you all, but thanks for making the time to watch this, in regards to the details at the back the whole viaduct and hills lift out so I can detail that separately and hopefully not damage the front bit then place it back in and then blend it to the front , if that makes sense, but I will be careful with the other bits
bung up the gutters with leaves and get some polystyrine glue add dribbleing water down the down pipes to look like water from over flowing the gutters
Great job Mark, your treatments are very effective
Now that's quality... great stuff Mark, really well done!
