As far as I understand, it's a very bad idea to put the bike in gear than try to loosen the countershaft bolt as you're loading the internal engine parts and could damage them. Either way great video, just thought I'd drop this word of caution of others watching and trying to do this themselves!
@@LegendairyStrider in my experience the brakes alone are not strong enough. No damage has been caused to any motorcycle I’ve done this on so I don’t see an issue.
I put a iron rod in the chain where the chainguide is so it doesn't spin . The chianguide dont allowed it to go through. How many Km you had, when you changed them?

Fair point, that’s why I use the bakes at the same time.
