It's the double standards for me lmaooo okay he is fighting not to die, but she is LITERALLY fighting her destiny for the sake of Gumiho and her love. He DEMANDED of her HONESTY and REASSURANCE, very human virtues and principles, and yet when it came to him he couldn't be honest with her for just a minute? Since the very beginning he lied to her. Foxes are known to be coniving creatures. He is too calculative.

@@iamadreamer7461 IMO this is how I see it although it was very wrong to lie to Dam but I think this is WY slowly starting to shed his gumiho nature and slowly becoming human albeit showing the very downsides of when pushed comes to shove sometimes you tend to rationalize things differently and that’s sad to say a human trait. When your back is up against the wall and you have no one to guide you or even give sound advice sometimes you make the wrong choices.
Also people need to realize that will WY acknowledged this mistake in the upcoming episode and he will apologize to Dam and Dam will also find out why he ended up doing what he did. It will show both Wy’s vulnerability and humility as well as Dam’s ability to be conscientious and learning to forgive without being critical of someone else’s shortcomings. 😊
I love Hyeri because she can carry out all kinds of emotions, but I especially like her when she cried. Really can feel the sadness

I don’t know I just feel really sad for him. I mean he should have been honest with her but I do feel for him more than for her. It’s like she is everything to him. You can see that he is a good man and that is why I just can feel his heartbreak more.
This is where you realise how different their worlds and perspectives are. Dam is extremely hurt not only bcoz of the fact that he was "cheating" but rather the fact that "bcoz of HER" he is desperate to put someone else's life in danger. It's the fact that she is the one and the reason for him to be driven to take such a decision.
But like Hyesun said in the preview, Dam doesn't know how they've had to live up till now, Dam doesn't know about gumiho and their life rules properly, Dam hasn't actually seen what they went through. Yes, Wooyeo did put the professor in danger by taking too much energy at once out of desperation ig. But that doesn't mean he actually cant take energy at all. I mean that's how they become human in the first place. That's how Hyesun became a human.
What Dam is asking for is that he take all the required energy from her even if that kills her but doesn't want someone else to be in danger but then that's just asking Wooyeo to live on after losing her which he already had to go through with his first love. Or else he would have to continue not taking energy and thus end up dissipating into nothing which I wonder how this would influence Dam's perspective if she gets to know about it. For Dam the things that seem cruel and selfish are things that Wooyeo and Hyesun had to go through, struggle with and overcome for all these years and for Wooyeo he's been a gumiho for so long with the same conditions bcoz of which ts difficult for him to completely understand Dam either. This was an unfortunate situation where I personally see where both the characters are coming from and understand both their feelings but I can't help feel more bad for him bcoz living for almost 1000 years is honestly too difficult and he didn't know what happens to a gumiho who doesn't turn human until recently either and that's exactly when he finally got a reason to continue to live and love. 😭

I like that instead of blindly accusing him of cheating on her, Dam correctly guesses and is upset about the fact that he used and put someone else in danger for her sake. Though Dam does seem upset about him kinda seeing the other woman, her main focus was the way he just put someone else in danger, and that seems cruel to her. But she doesn't seem to realise what's at stake here (turning into a monster at the end of 1000 years) and that a human's perspective is different from a gumiho's, and that they can't be judged using the same standards.
its very heartbreaking to see him trembles while watching lee dam. i felt his guilty towards his gesture and his eyes, oh my gosh jang ki yong's acting is very good tho! the depression, the hesitation, and the truth that he knows he is very wrongdoing make this scene sadder.. but if i were dam i also will do the same. he should have been honest, because she has always do that. thats the fair thing to do.

WY is a gumiho, he isn't a human.. He doesn't understand human emotion fully. He's acting like a human by watching them for 999years of life.. I also quite pissed off with his character development but when I reminded myself that he is a gumiho I can understand why he acted that way.. Ppl seem to forget that he's not a human*yet*.. He himself doesn't really understand his own feelings/emotions that he felt.. He only understand those feelings after talking to Hye Sun.. He is slowly turning into a real human by experiencing those emotions and going through those situation...
This was so sad. I know Woo Yeo is so desperate that's why he did that but that's still cheating.
P. S. I understand why Dam was disappointed and I know that Dam knows why Woo Yeo was using the other girl. It's still disappointing tho to see him entertain and hold hands with that girl while he's dating Dam. It's just my opinion. 😅 Ofc I'm still rooting for them tho!

Okay so from what I understood .. in the beginning he let the marble be inside Dam to get her energy to become human. That was his purpose. He was doing it. He was never uninterested in becoming human. He was a picky person . So he didn’t get involved with just anyone to get energy.
Even he got to know about the vanishing or becoming a ghost way later. And when he realized Dam had become special for him, he took out the marble despite knowing the consequences. Now that the time is ticking for him and he has someone who he loves and wants to be with, he’s trying to get energy from someone else. Since Dam’s already given him some before, he didn’t want anything bad happen to her.
Why are people blaming him here? Or telling that he had no interest before? in the beginning of the drama it was shown how he’s been collecting energy to become human. Not that he gave up that time. Hye Sun said Woo Yeo still doesn’t like to be involved with random people just for energy.
No actually he let the marble stay inside Dam bcoz he saw the marble change its colour to blue for few seconds and turn back red. Remember I think in the first or 2nd episode, in his garden, when he tried to kiss her to take back the marble. He didn't leave it to accumulate energy from her. That's why he was constantly sorry and concerned and wanted to figure out what the deal was with the marble. But then he actually feel in love with her but he knew that if the marble stayed any longer in her, she would eventually lose her life in an year, that's why he took it. I just wanted to clarify. Rest I actually agree with you. I think people in the comment section are thinking Dam is sad bcoz he "cheated" but the reason why Dam was sad was bcoz she thought someone else's life was in danger bcoz of her and that it's bcoz of her that drove him to take such a decision. But like Hyesun says to Dam in next ep preview, that she doesn't know a lot of things about their world and this is all very new for her to understand rationally. I think a lot of people haven't understood the complexity of the two characters were one is extremely unfamiliar to other's world.

I mean his whole introduction in the first episode showed how he took energy from all the people all these years. He just didn't get close se to anyone and create any types of relationships after what happened to his first love. But Hyesun did constantly ask him of whether he was even interested in becoming human since he still hasn't become human. So ig that's where the confusion is coming from. I think what actually happened was Wooyeo did became wary of having any relationships with humans so he took energy from humans only when necessary. But now that he has someone he cares for and also found out what would happen if he didn't turn human, he's more desperate and driven.

Dang Woo Yeo his guilt, uncertainties, fear and all sort of negative feelings expressed in his face I cannot help it to cry like, he is desperate to live for her and hope the next episode will be her realization that this man could die and mountain spirit is desperate for his belove gumiho to be human. He knew for sure what happened in the first love of Woo Yeo and he would not let this happen again.

It's a shame the drama didn't elaborate the scenes about him dating the other teacher and how he almost fucked up his relationship with Dam fullstop. I find it an important obstacle because that was supposed to show how Dam's character was very well written. She knows her worth and she knows her happiness shouldn't be at the cost of someone. Watching this episode was so heartbreaking! 😭💔 When Dam began to sob and wanted an explanation, I felt like Shin Woo-Yeo owed us all an explanation for betraying our girl. 🥺 She was trying so hard to please him and love him, despite the obvious problem of him not being human. I’m really mad , I always see dam sad for her relationship always there is something that isn’t okay and even if she is “happy” one chapter in another one she’s crying or sad and dude nooo dam is sunshine! She doesn’t deserve this! I really loved gumiho but now IDK I started to feel him annoying sometimes, I don’t like that she is sacrificing so many things for their relationship.
He isn't human obviously so he didn't understand humans' feelings about being responsible for someone else's life who isn't close to you. All he cared about is Dam, he didn't want to put her in danger like he did in ep9. So he took other woman's energy instead of Dam's, that was because he was very weak without it, it was life-or-death situation for him. His talk with Hye Sun (talking about car wreck, I forgot in what episode it was) shows that he didn't care about someone else's life even her's, his old friend. He could sacrifice the whole humanity for the Dam's sake. The reason why Dam is breaking up with him here is because of danger of their relationship not because he cheated on her or smth like that (it didn't happen obviously). He should have tell her about his situation earlier, but I do understand his reasons of him not doing that. But for Dam as being honest, bold and straight person it's a lie and it's just wrong. So I understand her reasons too

I know what WY did wasn’t fair but when Dam said “Let’s... stop this..” I literally had tears in my eyes. Creo que lo que más le dolió fue que ella le preguntó y el no fue honesto con ella, mientras ella siempre fue honesta. Además de que a el no le importó hacerle daño a otra chica sólo por evitar hacerle daño a ella, incluso cuando ella estaba dispuesta a darle de su energía.
@@adriagarciab pienso exactamente igual que tú. Ella estaba dispuesta a que él tomara su energía poco a poco. Pero creo que él sabe que no le queda mucho tiempo y lo hizo como acción desesperada. Recuerda que la ex gumiho le preguntó cuanto tiempo le quedaba? Y él dijo que no sabía. Y mas tarde en otra escena recordó que le había dicho que en un momento ya no soportaría ser un zorro. Él quiere estar con Dam pero no puede por que necesita energía para convertirse y ya no le queda suficiente tiempo 😭😭😭😭💔🦊

Alguien me puede decir que paso es que no entiendo porque termino con el
Porque Dam se enteró que él salió con la profesora para tomar su energía. Estaba toda la universidad con el rumor que estaban saliendo pero ella no lo creyó por q él le dijo que sólo había sido un café de trabajo. Pero luego vió la foto en que él sostenía la mano de la profesora. Luego los vió y él al darse cuenta de que Dam estaba ahí usó su poder para hacer que la profesora se fuera. Dam sabe que es para conseguir energía y así no hacerle daño a ella pero creo que le molesta que no confiara en ella. Estoy en depresión con estos 4 últimos episodios 😢💔💔😞
